There were no issues with this product. The finger scanner to this product was amazing. I suggest to buy this product around 500usd as it was the best.

Bought the open box and I have had many issues with the laptop. It may be certified good to go but I don't think that certification is worth munch

The screen quality is sharp. The speed of processing is much better than my 4 year old Lenovo. I have a ton of memory space for all my stuff.

Its a so so laptop pc, although it has a 5thgen I5 its not that fast as you expect it to be. The 1T hardrive makes it ideal for small business application, nice bang for the buck.
