This laptop was the perfect selection for my college bound Granddaughter. It has Microsoft Office and she said it is fantastic.

Very quiet, doesn't run hot, fast and great looking. So far I'm happy with it, good image and sound quality, no complaints.

My only real complaint is that the touchpad is bit sensitive sometimes. Other than that, it's been working great.

We had a 15" Asus, we love the 13"Asus so much easier to pack in backpack! Not bulky or awkward. Love the touchscreen!

The Asus is great for the price. I little slow. But will upgrade the RAM to 16gb. Other than that it works great

This computer worked for about 7 months when it suddenly gave only a blue screen. Best Buy will charge a minimum $150 to fix it, and Asus a minimum of $50. More charges for a computer that is basically brand new. The Geek Squad acknowledged that it was nothing we did. Someone in this scenario should stand behind the product. I will never buy this brand, and I may never again shop at Best Buy.

Its all new to me so I'm teaching myself but I ask a friend for help when I need it. I like the 2 in 1 very much.
