Samsung stated would not repair so reviewed Asus prior to purchase. Never worked from the start. Severly dissapointed. Returned.

I've asked, "is this just a lemon" - the salesperson assured me this is a quality computer. So far I'm not convinced.

Not want I needed

Some how missed it and I ended up returning this laptop. My rating is because it didn't have the option I wanted. Not sure how good the laptop worked.

Computer Failed

Waste of money

Never buy open box items from BestBuy

However, within 2 months, the laptop crashed. Windows10 is not loading, and when I approached the BestBuy San Jose store, the technician (Anthony) told me that I've to approach the manufacturer. He was not even interested in looking at the laptop and the issue, he asked me to create a boot disk myself. If BestBuy has to look at it, he will take the laptop and send to manufacturer, it will be delayed to return the laptop and it will cost me. Overall, very bad experience with the product and purchase experience.

do not purchase Asus!!

After replace it worked fine for 8 - 9 months(which was beyond the warranty time). Then few keys kept getting stuck. had to click on escape to get it unstuck and got an external keyboard to continue working. after few months again it started to crash and get hung. Would not recommend using this laptop or Asus.
