lots of issues. trackpad frequently acts wierd, windows keeps crashing, beeps for no reason when pressed control key. these happen frequently and then starts working normally.

As I was shutting down a Windows update started and the PC never recovered. Returned it to Best Buy and bought a different 2 in 1.

I have had trouble from the start. Even Geek Squad noted at time of set up how slow this computer was, and they had to reload windows. This computer will freeze up, and has to be manually shut down. It will try to repair itself, but ultimately it will end up starting the whole process over again. It is very slow, sometimes taking over two minutes to load a page. Hopefully it's just this particular computer. I have liked other Asus computers I've owned in the past.

We bought this for my wife to do work from home and use Microsoft Office. For a brand new computer it ran very slow and took over 3 minutes to boot up after putting Office on it. Unfortunately I had to return it the next day and get a different model laptop. This showed a good rating in the store, but after I had my problem in the first 24 hours I started looking at other reviews and found others with my same issue.

Read abunch of good reviews but this laptop is extremely slow to start and is locked up on me now, no self recovery

I find that the system works slow and I have had the laptop in to the Geek Squad twice within 6 weeks of purchase because of this.

I real like my new asus computer it's small easy to us and the graphics are great

Very slow and the mouse does its own thing and I have only had it for 2 years.

Worst laptop I ever owned. Don't even know where to start about the problems in this model.

Asus - Q304 2-in-1 13.3 Touch-screen Laptop - Intel Core I5 - 6gb Memory - 1tb Hard Drive - Silver I would NOT recommend. First one crashed on day 1. Second computer has many faults with freezing and cursor disappearing. Huge disappointment with the functions over all

This lap top is very slow. After 2 days of purchasing, it was not turned on. I returned it, and purchased another brand new lap top, exactly the same as the first one. Again the same problem occurred. I returned and purchased an HP. It is much better than Asus.
