Great laptop. Highly recommend. It can run hot and loud while playing video games, but otherwise it is super fast.

Small package with great capabilities. This is a perfect laptop for business and gaming.

I bought an open box one of these like a month ago and worked great. But there is a few issues you will need to fix out of the box. 1. Set it to go into hibernate mode instead of sleep. Otherwise it will shut down when you close it randomly. 2. INSTALL AN UPDATER FOR THE WIFI CARD!!! My wifi chip went out after around a month at random times. I read on Reddit that you need to update the drivers to fix this. Still cannot confirm because I am waiting on a USBC to Ethernet dongle to be able to fix this. -updating wifi card fixed it for now.

Great features and size for what I need in my life. I bought this specifically for viewing and editing photography, illustrations and videos on-the-go. I was looking for a slim, but capable build, so this form and its features were very ideal for me. Its regular laptop, tablet and tent-mode are pretty good and sturdy so far from my daily use (since June 2022). The screen is very bright both indoor and outdoors and the Pantone colors is a major plus for me. While the touchscreen sometimes activates while using the pen features, I do love that the Bamboo Ink Smark Stylus works right out of the box. I might need to use a drawing glove... As for the gaming aspect, it seems fine? I've only played Final Fantasy XIV on it so far. Though it runs the underside pretty hot and the fans get pretty loud, the laptop hasn't blown up on me at 60fps and above average graphical settings for a couple hours. I don't really suggest using this for any intense gaming at max settings, but if need be, definitely place it on top of a good laptop cooling fan. My only issues so far are Windows 11 (seems to be a little buggy in places). I'm not sure if it's Win11 or the laptop itself, but the bluetooth disables if leaving the laptop on too long... which is an easy fix by restarting. Still annoying though! Despite the small kinks here and there, it's an all around "big things" in a small laptop with the ability to do a little bit of everything. Love it so far!

This is not recommended for even light gaming. It heats up pretty bad. Fans get super loud. Also slows down if you’re playing constantly.

Awesome laptop. Didn’t realize it also had a tablet function when we bought it but it’s a nice feature to have. Works great for video gaming and video editing with the adapter to a tv.

Took a lot of work to get the driver issues sorted out, but entirely doable if you have the patience. Great kb for the form factor - improvements are always possible, but a solid implementation. Port selection on the go is what sours the deal for me. Ran relatively quiet and performed as expected for gaming and content creation tasks in Adobe CC. If you are okay with the trade offs and get it on sale, it's a great choice.

Neat laptop for Civ 5 gaming on the go! Plenty of storage and RAM, and a lot of performance! This is something that I'd bring on a trip where I don't have to worry about it, unlike bringing my Razer 14. And at $800 + tax, this was a no brainer and cheaper than others that were being offered, including some 12th gen Intel laptops.

the overall quality of the computer is very good nice material and i enjoy the clean design, the onlt thing left to be desired is battery life but its not an actual issues because what else do you expect from such a powerful laptop. surprisingly its still able to get almost 10 hrs for normal school work and youtube making it very effective at what it does. its the perfect size to carry while nit being too small due to the 10 inch tall screen. when i first received the computer the speakers would be very scratchy after plugging it in on low battery but after a few updates the issue fixed itself, since then it has been perfect

Works great for work, school, and games. Touch screen is a nice feature and its super thin and light but doesn’t sacrifice durability. I just wish it shipped faster also beware Asus will not provide an extended warranty because its bought through best buy but i just bought the best buy membership that covers everything so no biggie. If you need a solid do everything laptop this is a good choice.

Honest to god the worst laptop I have ever used. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Battery sucks, Brightness keys don't work, overheats super easy even on the eco power settings, and the fans sound like a jet engine (even on eco settings). Its marketed as a gaming laptop, but unless you prop it up to provide more airflow, it overheats and crashes under the smallest load. I have found that it is far more common for it to not work than to work, I have experienced more bugs than any other computer I have ever used. Some examples of these bugs include not charging past 16%, not booting, not running google chrome in any functional capacity, and completely bricking itself MULTIPLE TIMES before important tests. In addition, the amount bloatware that comes preinstalled is insane and can not be removed without ruining the computer. DO NOT BUY

Had to return. System diagnostics indicated a fan issue was present and gave information on how to create a service ticket. This happened three days after purchase. Up to that point, it was an amazing little PC doing all things as expected and mostly exceeding expectation until the fan issue. I returned it. A failure this soon indicates a quality issue. If the fan issue had not occurred, I would have kept it. I chose to go ahead and rate it high and recommend due to the great screen color and performance, ability to run Witcher III at highest setting with great results and light weight. Battery life was very good for a gaming laptop when not in game mode.

Great computer for engineering student based on college requirements.

Great little laptop. Using it for college for my engineering classes. The GPU allows me to effortlessness run cad and allows for a little bit of fun between classes. The battery life is amazing while in low power mode, but the integrated software allows easy switching between modes. overall well worth it's money
