    Spectacular for college use. The touch screen is spot on and great for scrolling e-books or essays. Wonderful screen. Keys spaced apart good for larger hands.

    Very versatile laptop with ample power under the hood. Touch display is amazing and I would recommend this to anyone who needs a perfect all rounder. The only one cons I face is the camera. It's only HD cam and not full HD which is not a deal breaker for many but just letting you know.

    Honestly i would recommend one of the galaxy tabs over this laptop. Yes it has aura and some bells and whistles but nothing all that useful in the way of functionaly. No fingerprint scanner or custom TouchPad and the drivers for the plug n play video card and aura are littered with errors.. that being said, it is screaming fast worn practically no startup time and virtually 0 lag. 3/5..... maybe next time.

    Fast and buggy

    Although fast, this thing always had issues. Pen recognition, crashes and it failed on me just after 1 year. The wifi card also had relatively weak distance compared to my other laptops. I am going back to the Microsoft Surface for a computer that I can use in tablet mode.

    This laptop is grea kind of proformance is awesome but the motherboard that that asus used for this model is terrible. One month after i purchased it an issue occured where only the keyboard lights would come on nothing else. I took it to geeksquad and they sent it to be repaird when they returned it they said that it was the motherboard that went bad it is now currently having the same issue. I purchased it in july the first issue was in augaust its now the beginning of december. I feel asthough a cheap laptop should last at least 2 years before running into a major issue and one that is over $1000 should be 3-5years.

    DO NOT BUY this product. I purchased this laptop for my daughter to attend college and this is the 2nd laptop (1st one returned) and the screen in the middle of work logs out and requires face id or pin which is distracting. Best Buy will not accept my return because i missed the 15 day return window by 2 days. Absolutely terrible customer service by Best Buy. Spent plenty of time on several phone calls to Best Buy trying to exchange/return it to no avail.

    Crashes and restarts without warning

    When it's not crashing and restarting for no reason, or going to the bios because it can't find the HDD, it works fine. But I'm most likely going to have to take this in for service, and I've only had it for less then a month...

    Crashed with blue unhappy face a couple times in the first month watching only YouTube. Crashed and shutdown instantly during editing programs. Everything about this was supposed to be a more powerful computer compared to my HP envy and that one never crashed on any of the programs.

Check if Windows, chipset and video drivers are up to date. Keeping Windows and drivers updated will maintain optimum system stability and performance. Also, please ensure air ventilations are free from obstructions while running programs or appplications that are utilizing high system resources. High system resource utilzation will generate more heat that may cause system crash or auto-shutdown.     Ive had this unit for almost 2 months now. And started to use it more frequently. Thats when the problems started to show. For me the laptop randomly crashes and has these mowments were it just freezes for a few seconds. And all im doing is browsing the intrent. Dont even want to know what wohld happen if i started to play games on it. It also seems that this issue occurs to alot of these units.

    It was a miss for me

    I suppose there must be a lemon in every production, I got it for this one. When it worked, it was phenomenal. Easy to use & set up but there was a fundamental flaw with the drivers in my machine. The Geek Squad attempted to assist, but 3 downloads & reinstallations of vital drivers never worked. I returned it.

    Not working correctly with XG Mobile 3080

    No matter what i have tried, my X16 and xg mobile 3080 don't work well together. The main issue is while gaming Armory Crate will constantly switch power profiles from Silent to Performance than Turbo. And if you're using the xg mobile Lan connection you'll lose connection while the power cycles happen. It will mostly power cycle while gaming but at times it will cycle while you're just sitting at the desktop screen. I also have Z13 and don't experience of any these issues using the same XG Mobile. I may be forced to return the laptop if a fix doesnt exist.
