The unit is incredibly quiet and a total powerhouse. I threw Skyrim at it with the Hi Def Texture Pack installed and it immediately detected at Ultra High Quality. Game plays at a butter smooth 60 fps. Also maxed out settings on No Limits 2 and FPS often went above 60. Love the light feature, especially when listening to music while playing a game where the lights pulse to the music. Definitely a gamer rig with a lot of nice touches.

I brought this thing home set it up the next day I tried to get it to connect to the internet it wouldn't even turn on and stay on. I called the company and they had me do a hard power reset, didn't work. took it back for refund per the companies recommendation. IT'S A HORRIBLE MACHINE

I bought an ASUS laptop first, and both had things not working right out of the box, and programs that completely locked up the system when trying to open and run them. Had to return both, and they made a HUGE deal about returning my money, since i had paid cash.

Good pc runs every game at max settings over 60 fps gets hot playing high end games like The Forest but not buy much just turning the pc on cpu is about 45 to 46 playing a high end game solid 60 but other than that no problems

Excellent computer. Packs a lot of power in a small and affordable very cool looking tower. I'm not a gamer, but still needed the powerful graphics for some engineering programs. Those programs run very fast on this computer.

For a slim line desktop it performs very well. Even with an i7 6th generation processor the mechanical drive still moves about as fast as you would expect it to. The only way to get it to move faster would be with a SSD, and frankly if you bought the geek squad plan you don't have to worry about breaking any warranty because they cover it for you. Don't quite understand what the complaints are all about. This computer does a good job at running games at a consistent 60fps. If you want higher frame rates then get a larger tower that supports multiple graphics cards, or simply upgrade the current card in the tower. Overall I'm enjoying my new investment. Would definitely recommend it to others.

First, looks like a spaceship. Appearance aside, this computer has so much power. My daughter had never had a desktop before but she loves gaming. This model has everything she needs and more. So far over-heating has not been an issue. If it happens, a small fan will take care of it. Having 4 gb ram just for graphics is amazing. The images are incredible! The two terabyte hard drive is more memory than anyone really needs. This is an amazing machine and I don't know how anyone could have a problem with it!

coming from a laptop for 7 years i was so happy i made a change to a desktop. this by far the best gaming desktop i have ever touched. i had an issue with getting geforce experience to work but i was able to fix it with a little bit of searching on the internet. the fan is more quite them my fangbook laptop from cyberpower and deff a good win their. deff love this desktop and consider asus once again:) iv been with them for 2 years before pushing to cyberpower for 7 years due to random lagg but so far asus has improved and im happy to be back with asus:) rock on and i love this company once again.

Pros - Great looking machine, quiet, compact and the graphics are stellar. The keyboard and mouse are very responsive. All the displayed specs make this to good to be true. Cons - There is no VGA port even though the specs say there is. The NVidia card does have 4GB on it but Windows 10 only recognizes 1 G on the card...( there is a driver you can download from the NVidia site that should fix it but its a big file) I had to take it into be looked at within 24 hours of turning it on. Its very quiet but there doesn't seem to be any type of fan or air movement in the machine. And the Geek squad guy told me the internal temp on the mother board was over 110 deg C. so with that I am returning it to best buy tomorrow.

If you are looking to get into PC gaming, this is the perfect machine to buy. Asus loaded this thing up with everything you could need for a high end experience. For those who nit pick, obviously if people could build computers this might not be the most cost efficient machine, but for those of us who just want a great gaming experience with no computer building expertise, this is an awesome package for the price.

I have over 150 hours of gameplay on this since Christmas and have had no overheating issues, or any crashing. I would recommend this PC to anyone who is interested in gaming

I bought this PC over the summer and i have loved it ever since. I did have some trouble trying to install windows 10 but after restarting once or twice it worked fine. Other than that I have had no problems whatsoever with it other than the driver not updating (which was a problem on NVIDIA's end and is now fixed) This system is very quiet and compact with a unique yet effective cooling system where the inlet is on the bottom and the outlet is on top to draw cold air from down low. I've read the one star reviews that people have been posting and I haven't experienced any of the same problems. If the system isn't reading your NVIDIA card, it's probably because you're using an HDMI and it is connected to the PC, not the card itself. Also, I have never had it randomly shut down in the middle of gaming. I rate this product 9.5/10 (It'd be 10/10 if they had thrown a GTX 970 or 980 in but that's not too big of a deal.

This pc can run mostly every game in all ultra settings. It's worth buying this pc.

I bought this for my son to play games. He couldn't play planet coaster on his old computer, so I bought this one. The game runs seamlessly on this computer. He even said mine craft works better. The computer is cool, and the keyboard and cpu both light up. It's a pretty neat computer and his happiness is worth the price. Just one note: the monitor output is either hdmi or dvi, not the traditional vga cable that most monitors come with. So you will either need a dvi cable or an hdmi adapter for the vga cable. That added an extra day on our set up because we didn't have the right cable/adapter.

Just so you understand my background. I built my first, second, and third computers myself. I am by no means a beginner. The reason I bought this computer is because I was tired of doing the research required to build my own. This little beast computer boasts a powerful video card (GTX 970), and more. It was a sinch to set up and only had a couple programs for me to uninstall immediately after start up. Runs all my games at around 50 fps on ultra settings and the only reason I can tell it's running is because of the AWESOME lighting on the case. Very happy that I chose this computer; even if the price is a little bloated.

This computer is epic, and destroys every game. It runs ark survival evolved at the highest settings with absolutely no lag. This computer is the computer of the century!!

Bought this pc for my husband while it was on sale last December. So far, he likes its speed. It serves as his gaming and work pc. Topped it off with ultra wide 29" monitor.

DO NOT buy Asus products!! Read the reviews posted online and trust in them. Taking a big chance on your purchase overheating, short circuiting....... and spending high shipping costs for your repeated warranty repairs - currently on 2nd return in 4 months. warranties don't last forever so will be out your initial investment as well. and yeah an extra external fan might help with overheating but shouldn't be necessary.
