I bought this desktop and 6 months later the hard drive died on it. That happens. I contacted service and got a bunch of service personal with thick accents who had no idea what I needed done. I finally sent the desktop to service after informing THEM that the hard drive was dead and pushing buttons on the keyboard and holding down the power button was not going to fix it. When the computer was returned, it was missing the "innovative" external duel power supply. I guess they figured I didn't need that! I called service again, got a runaround and was transferred to countless different people, all who had no idea what to tell me. They finally agreed to send me my power supply after I nearly lost my plot. 2 weeks later I receive a small package with a power cord. I don't need a cord . . . I need the actual power supply. Call support again, and once again, I get a runaround. No one in service actually has a clue what it is I am missing. I spell it out for them and the agree to make it right. Fast forward and I receive another package, it's one half the the power supply and no power cords. Back to service I go . . . 2 1/2 months have passed by this time. I pull up their manual and highlight exactly what it is they are not returning. I give them the part number. I even sent a picture. 2 weeks later I receive another package with same 1/2 of the duel power supply. I give up and order the other half off Amazon . . . . hundreds of dollars in shipping and parts later, I finally have a working computer again. Good computers, but it you have an issue . . . . forget it. Their support and service is the worst I have ever encountered anywhere. I would never buy another Asus.

Great Gaming PC. Great all around PC. Nice Light up key board. Mouse is basic but works good. Plays VR games great. The looks of this PC are top of the line...very sleek. Super happy with this purchase. I've played around 40 VR games and games like starcraft and DOOM and all play flawlessly on this PC. It is upgradable to an extent with ease. The specs right out of the box are above average for 90% of games out there playing at 1080p or VR games. A great purchase.

Did i mention that this PC is video game ready with EVERYTHING set to it's max in the options. Quality of the game runs smooth and fast, NO LAGS OR HICCUPS. I also noticed that the gaming RIG lighting is on point. It just amazes me how great Asus is for gaming PCs. I am super happy with my purchase and if I could afford two of these, I WOULD. I've got this plugged into a 25" LG ultrawidescreen and the picture looks incredible and I couldn't see a lick of slowing down with this powerhouse. Do check this system out, it's a customizable PC, but what this computer specifically came with met the needs of my gaming addiction.

Well the machine never sent a video signal to the monitors I tried, so my review can't take place. I swapped known working cables, swapped known working monitors, made sure Input source was correctly selected, but still no video signal. So, I took the computer back. It can happen to any manufacturer, so I won't blast ASUS. I would recommend this product to a friend, but would say to be prepared to test it and plan to exchange until you get one that works.

While playing an online game the computer keeps shutting down on me. Have to wait for long period to restart. Looks like an over heating issue. Returning product to store,

I purchased the device in the beginning of February. It is now mid July and out of five months I used the system it has only been functional about 3.5 to 4 months. When the system is running it is fantastic and pretty to look at. But there must be some kind of design flaw because I have had to take this thing to Geek squad three times already in the five months of ownership. Right now they sent it out to be fixed, it came back and is still not operating correctly. So far it has been three weeks since I been on it. For this kind of money, there is way better out there.

I had this computer at first it was great then the second day the gou fan was set to max couldn't turn it off so then I returned this October and got a Lenovo I highly recommend to get Lenovo cause this computer breaks to easily

couldn't download driver for video card, updates for games, etc. called tech support for asus they said they couldn't/ won't help! the tech told me nvidia software not compatible with their computers!

The pc only ran games at 60 FPS and a pc this quality should have run them a lot higher

It astounds me that Asus would engineer a tower that only has one place for heat release(which is at the top) There is absolutely not enough fans on the tower which causes the whole computer to overheat and in turn causes the graphics card to malfunction.

This PC looks really nice, but a few days after, pc started crashing GTAV. I brought the pc to Bestbuy. About a week later I picked up the pc. A few weeks I had the same problem. The guys fixed it then I got it back. A month later Trove had a white screen. Now GTAIV doesnt work and CSGO always crashes. Call of Duty is very laggy also. I look forward to excange this pc.
