It's exactly what I expected no disappointments full customization

When this launched, the price was astronomically high. However, it’s reasonably priced now and I like the build quality. The keys are nice to press and great for gaming.

Split layout was a lot to get used to, I don't regret it. But the true star of the show here is the Hall Effect switches. Truly a gamechanger for me.

I was looking for a hall effect gaming keyboard but didnt want to give the ergonomics of my tented board. Waited for this to release and it did not disappoint

Very tight stabilizers, light key touch and gear link is a godsend compared to using applications. It's all adjustable through gear link on the web interface. The split keyboard can be adjusted with angle adjustment studs to make it feel much more natural for play and typing

I cannot overstate my enjoyment out of getting this keyboard. The HFX keys are a dream to type on. The Rapid Trigger and Speed Tap options help elevate my FPS matches to moving as fast as I can think. I don't have many complaints about this purchase. It is a bit pricy, but I feel like it's well worth it.

If only there was a number pad. Drives me nuts to not have one.

This keyboard is great for gaming, as you can detach the right side and use only the left for movement controls. It's also great for ergonomics when typing, but would be a bit better if it had a built in height adjustment. The current design adjusts the height with screw on feet that allow the keyboard to rock slightly while typing. It isn't enough to cause issues, but it's also not the best system for this

Keyboard works great, the online software works great. Keyboard feels premium.

The ASUS ROG Falcata is not your typical gaming keyboard, blending performance, ergonomics, adaptive technology, and accessibility. I originally chose this keyboard because of its split design, hoping to place each half on either side of my laptop for a more natural typing experience. I discovered that the halves require a proprietary USB connection to function, and unfortunately the cables are a bit too short for me to achieve my goal. I hope ASUS will release a longer cable in the future. That being my only “complaint,” this keyboard is practically perfect. Build Quality/Design: This keyboard is built like a tank! It’s built from premium materials, feels sturdy, and is surprisingly heavy for its size. And unlike other ergonomic keyboards I’ve tried, the Falcata does not require you to conform to the ergonomics of their design. Not only can you adjust the height, you can adjust the angle, pitch, and yaw of each half, thanks to the provided keyboard feet. The split design also allows you to adjust the rotation of the keyboard. You decide what is most comfortable for YOU, not the designer. The keyboard adapts to your needs not the other way around! Typing Experience: The Magnetic Hall Effect switches are smooth, slightly clicky, and very responsive. One feature that really stood out is the ability to adjust the attenuation for each key independently allowing me to fine-tune the amount of force/actuation required to register keystrokes. Battery Life and Connectivity: The battery life (so far) has been outstanding. I have logged at least 80 hours of use after my initial charge and the keyboard is currently holding at 28% with RGB turned on. This keyboard allows multiple connection options, wired, Bluetooth, and 2.4g dongle. I tried all three options and each performed flawlessly. Not once did I experience any latency, dropouts, or paring issues. Bonus features: -Configuration is handled via web application. No need to install additional software to configure. -RGB Lighting compliments my other ASUS RGB components. -Hot-swappable keys – I did not have a need to swap out keys, as the magnetic switches have fit my needs so far. -Portability – The split design fits perfectly in my backpack allowing me to transport between home and office without any issues. I would have liked to see ASUS highlight portability by providing a nice protective case… Maybe a future accessory (wink)… Adaptive use potential: This keyboard has real potential for users with adaptive needs. The split design alone lends itself well to single-handed users, and the per-key attenuation provides a huge benefit to those with limited finger strength. These two features combined with the ergonomic flexibility make it a very strong candidate for a multitude of adaptive/accessibility focused applications. Improvement opportunities: The length of the proprietary cable limits flexibility and placement options. A longer or non-proprietary cable, or dual wireless option would elevate this already exceptional keyboard and open up a multitude of applications. Final Thoughts: The ASUS ROG Falcata is nearly perfect ergonomic keyboard thanks to its innovative design, configurability, adaptability, and precision. ASUS definitely raised the bar when it comes to ergonomic keyboards! With that said, I would, without hesitation recommend this keyboard.

This is my first time using an ergonomic keyboard, and my wrists feel so much better using it! It's also nice that it has hall-effect switches and gaming features. The 2.4ghz wireless with 8k polling is super responsive and the connection is great. Battery life is also superb!

Great looking keyboard but way above what you should be paying for it. Mine included ABS keycaps even though the box clearly stated PBT. Unsure what they are thinking over there at Asus but it appears they are getting pretty lazy. Stick with an Azoth Extreme over this unless you absolutely need it for your lack of space.

Pretty cool performs well. Split layout will take some time getting used to especially since my right hand wants to hit the b key but it's on the left side of the board.

This keyboard is a cool but also very co fusing at the start I would honestly recommend to loom up a YouTube video first before you buy it

This keyboard was exactly what I was looking for but the design isn’t very robust for long term use. You have to use their proprietary cable to connect the two halves and it’s not very durable. The right side stopped working after a couple months. Thankful for extended return windows with Best Buy Plus!

Great build great switches and instant connection/ responsiveness. BUT for $420 MSRP (got mine for $287) that's crazy even for what I paid. So if you're in the market for a high quality gaming split keyboard it's a choice but only on sale
