Worst company to buy anything from. Worst customer service I have ever had. I spent 1600 on a laptop and it was not letting me install apps due to a bug with windows software. They were the worst customer service I have ever had, and they didn’t fix anything and were rude and didn’t care at all. The entire geek squad was just regular workers from the store that they rotate into that area to help customers, they told me that no one actually fixes anything in the store anymore. That they send everything out and it takes 4 weeks. They wouldn’t just exchange my laptop either. Don’t even buy anything from them. My laptop still doesn’t work. They are worst buy. They lost a customer for life. I pray that they honor of business in the next few years. They don’t deserve to do business they way that they are.

The laptop is just awesome, very light but very powerful. Never lagged a game, and productive work is just smooth like butter. I use it with my 2 external monitor, and never shows any jitter. Battery performance is also very good when doing office work.

probably one of the best gaming devices I’ve probably on throughout this year. I would also try to get this just because so it does have a 46 GPU, which is pretty good.

Works great however the touch screen has some issues when closed and plugged the external monitors.

this is good for those that want a 2 in 1, laptop and tablet. it can be used as a tablet, the weight is heavier than most tablets. when using as a laptop there is a kickstand that holds the monitor up, the monitor is not adjustable as you would usually be able to tilt it on a regular laptop. the keyboard lights up, you can configure it by using the app that is on the laptop. overall a decent laptop2 in 1. the charging plus is plugged on the monitor through the left side port. great for gaming and for just casual browsing or working. however i returned this since it was too heavy for me, i wanted something more portable.

I wanted something powerful to game on the go, also being able to do work related task and keeping up with emails its always a plus. Great product

Amazing windows tablet as powerful as a a full laptop but with benefits such as better cooling and 1440p 165hz screen so you can use this anywhere that a laptop can not cool as well since it has fans in the back and vents up. Can customize the dual fan speeds similar to the ally. Can be used on any surface unlike a usual laptop has fans on the bottom of the keyboard where it cannot get air. Very fast and definitely worth it.

Does everything and more. Battery doesn’t last long but it’s what to expect with the performance it puts out.

Only item is that you should not set the BIOS password if you are planning on using the computer without a keyboard.

This will be hands down the fastest tablet you can own this year, just shy of the very top of the line one.

Good machine, performs as expected. Battery can last up to 3 hours if it's in saver mode and not running any graphic card intense programs. Tablet is thick and built with good material. Wish it had more than one USB C port.

Recent updates are leaving this a lot cooler under a more balance workload. Gaming still brings the heat but a sufficient cooler method like a magnetic cooling fan keeps it from over heating. Specs are perfect for short or long spans of gaming. Haven't had many issues playing my MMOs or anything really graphics heavy.

This gaming tablet is an amazing concept, it seems awesome on paper and when you hold it looks and feels amazing. The chassis is sleek and looks great. The specs on paper are very good. The price is reasonable compared to to other laptop replacement tablets. The experience using windows with the touchscreen is awesome as well. Where it stops being good is when you start playing games, which is a big deal since this is a self proclaimed "gaming tablet." Earlier in the year I bought a 14 inch 4060 laptop. (Zephyrus G14) This changed my whole idea of what a gaming laptop could do as I never had so much performance in such a small form factor along with great specs, nice screen and unbelievable battery life. I found myself using it for almost everything. Then I saw this and loved the idea of something with a beautiful touch screen and even better portability. After watching reviews and hearing the consensus performance would be about 10-20 percent less because of the power limits, I decided to try it out. What I experienced was more like 30% less performance and fans that sounded like a banshee on anything but the silent preset. Meanwhile when running on silent preset 60 FPS was a pipe dream even on Call of Duty at basic settings and 50% render resolution. I do not know what reviewers are smoking claiming this is a "quiet" device. IMO it is not at all and feels similar to gaming laptops of last generation in terms of performance and noise. That said, this is a awesome form factor and I really wish performance was more in line with even small form factor laptop. However it costs about 30% more than I paid for my 4060 G14 performs about 30% worse, runs twice as loud, has no ram expansion, is about the exact same thickness when the folio keyboard is on it. Meanwhile the only benefits are the excellent touch screen and slightly more portable formfactor, including smaller power brick and ability to use without a keyboard.

Everyone on the flow z13 is amazing its always plugged in and and jet simulator, I love my experience not only because I love aeronautics but I can hear the sound of a airplane inside an airplane

This is hands down the best tablet ever made. Super fast quality is amazing. Small size with all this power. The only con is the m.2 2230. The biggest size is 2tb.

Perfect for normal gaming anywhere, but you're going to need to bring the charger if you want to go away from your dock because the battery lasts about 3ish hours playing gaming but lasts about 8ish hours steaming videos or anything else.
