Powerhouse but the fans are a little loud so 99/100.

I don't know why the software that came with the laptop drains it so quickly. Had to uninstall a lot of the items. Also there aren't a lot of accessories you can buy not even 3rd party ones

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It really stinks becasue when originally using this product it was perfect, it was everything i could ask for and i absolutly love it, but i can’t in good faith give this anything higher becasue the computer stopped charging when i was in the middle of a game. By the time i realized my issue it was too late, i cant even turn the thing on now, its quite litearlly a brick. The part that infuriates me more is that looking up possible fixes this is not an uncommon issue, and many people have had the same problems as me. Now i have to set up an appointment and drive an hour to a best buy to get this resolved. To say im saddend and upset is quite an understatement, this computer had been out for over a year. There is absolutely no excuse for these kinds of problems to occur.

Open Box Condition Grading done by Amateurs

I'm sure the hardware is awesome, it looked and felt solid. However, the "excellent" condition open box states it will look like new. Got mine with a chip in the screen. Not on the edging, so not shipping damage. Tablet was thrown into the box with a sheet of bubble wrap and only 2 of the 4 foam holders, so it was at the mercy of Ace Ventura for a week of delivery travel. At return, BestBuy associate told me they see that a lot...lots of open box condition statement mistakes...

I purchased 2 of these 3 weeks ago then the tablet gets a $300 price drop so that $600 more i paid and best buy refuses to give me a price match or anyone else to help me with that. I just cant believe how ridiculous that is i do most of my shopping on amazon already but this has definitely make sure i will never shop here again instore or online.

THIS DOES NOT COME WITH ALAN WAKE 2. Even though the advertisement says it does. The code is only valid for 4070/80/90 laptops. Nvidia said they can’t help. Best Buy said to kick rocks Won’t be buying anything here again.

Love it but why about the previous model
