    This is by far the worst Asus product I have ever bought. The first one had an issue with the keys working while gaming...I had to hit them several times to make them work. And as a healer, raid wipe. I took it back and had another one ordered. This one worked great until an update a week later and the video card quit working. Geek squad said that mine was the 6th one that day with the same issue and had to send it back to Asus. I ended up with an HP and absolutely love it. I will never buy another Asus laptop again.

    This laptop was a really big improvement from my last one. I increased my fps over 2.5x! I think that this laptop is probably one of the best gaming laptops you will be able to find.

    I bought this because of the name ASUS thinking it would be a high quality laptop. The hinges got tight and the frame around the display broke apart. I replaced the hinges and had to use glue since the screw holes were stripped out. Than the same thing happened again, the hinges a getting tight, oil doesn't work, the frame around the display is coming apart again. Not sure what to do since the rest of the computer works.

    So sorry to say that the computer "Locked up" one day, and would not re-start even after a "hard shut-off" and waiting a LONG time to attempt re-start. FORTUNATELY, I have the Best Buy 1-Year "Geek Squad" warranty -- the computer has been "shipped out" for repair (in KY, I think) -- and it will either be repaired or replaced...hope this ONLY happens ONCE -- very expensive computer -- hope it's not a LEMON!!!!

    I got it in started to do the normal set up first time and one error message after another geek squad could not even remote access.. had to return it. the store did not have the same one so i ended up with a great msi gaming laptop instead.
