Had this controller for about a week, used only on PC, and updated 3 times. Controller has never worked over USB-C, even after manually telling the controller to use it. As a result, I was forced to utilize the 2.4GHz dongle that was included. While latency was incredible, it constantly cut out, even when under 6ft away from the dongle and no obstructions. As a result, this controller is basically unusable due to connectivity issues. As far as customization goes, the "Xbox" button could not be remapped from Steam Big Picture to the Xbox Game Bar, nor can you remap the back buttons to anything other than face buttons. Controller feels very generic but, admittedly, looks very nice. Bottom line, stay away from this controller as there are much better options, at a much cheaper price. Along with Asus's notoriously terrible customer support, I just cannot find any redeeming factors other than its looks.

Feels like a knock off like a Mad Catz controller from the early 2000's. Its too light, the build quality is way worse than Microsoft's. My controller had issues deciding weather it wanted to connect via the 2.4ghz dongle or bluetooth or it would decide to not work at all. I reccomend that you just spend less than half the money on an actual xbox controller. If you want a special controller then just make one on the xbox design lab. It costs just as much for something significantly better.

Honestly Its a decent controller, but at this time there could be more improvements on it. No problems with it, sorry if this review wasnt as detailed, but i like it.

Super comfortable to hold, easy to connect to the ally and no more stealing from the Xbox

Probably not worth the price. It’s not built tough like the elite. For the price….. nope. To add Best Buy got rid of the points system with purchases. It only applies to CREDIT holders ONLY.

This controller is actually pretty good and works with my kontrol freaks. Only thing I have to say is that the underside re mappable buttons are a little to far in the center and would be better if the came further down on the handles for more comfort.

The xbox controller is already the best controller money can buy and the ROG version enhances that with customization options led lights on the controller and an OLED screen for that extra special addition it also has the option to change the trigger depression from full depression to hair trigger a little pricey but i think it's well worth it for what you get

Been using it for about a week and its great for all my gaming needs. Even plugged it into my Steam Deck with cord and it was seamless.

You get what you pay for. This is a premium cost, but a premium product! I am able to connect to my PC, phone or Xbox in a flash. The controller feels great, looks great and responds great! ASUS knocked it out of the park with this one! ::note:: some issues i saw posted online, are corrected by a firmware update. This is easy to do through Armorycrate.

Here to leave a review based off my feeling on receiving product . Extremely disappointed from the lack of transparency from this product that it cannot be connected wirelessly with Xbox even though Asus based this controller off Xbox controller, back buttons for remapping are not well enough placed but what I will say is I like the looks of this product and for that I will not return and use for my gaming laptop. Still earned 1 star to an honest rating.

Feels a bit light but it is quality. Works very well for PC gaming RGBs look nice with a sleek RGB build

I will say having had turtle beach controller recently, this blows the battery life out of the water. Display is not as grand as turtle beach but battery life is much better.

If you HAVE to have an ROG controller then you've likely already added to cart. Otherwise I would look at basically anyone else's high end offerings.

Nice controller i love how it tells you how you cpu and gpu temps on your pc also work for xbox love this product.

This feels cheap. The screen which was a selling point for me is useless you can make your own little black and white animation but it doesnt come out right. Every so often the controller will completely stop working on pc and xbox. The only thing it gots going for it is that it is one of the best looking controllers out there. Im going back to my razer controller

Very easy to connect with my Rog Ally. 3 ways to connect. Very good size for my hand. Very customizable and sleek. Headphone jack is a plus.

Well built compared to regular xbox one controller... has lasted alot longer.....i would recommend to everyone
