The Asus Rog Strix B550-F is very easy to install and set up for the 5000 AMD CPU. I did not have to update the bios. Read with no problems.

This is a great board for any PC build anywhere between a low end budget build to a high end beast of a machine. Its super easy to work with and overall looks and performs great.

Grabbed this after I clumsily broke the primary PCIe slot on my Gigabyte B450 in the midst of installing a new GPU. (I was able to get the MB/slot repaired by Gigabyte for the price of shipping btw) Initially had it running with a Ryzen 3600 which it would run stable @ 4.45 ghz all-cores (225 mhz higher then the B450) but then I snagged a 5800x which its running now @ 4.95 ghz 2-core max boost/4.68 all-core. Keep in mind that a huge "your mileage may vary" applies here and the "silicon-lottery" (along with cooling) determines how much overclocking potential any setup will have, but this Asus MB is a SOLID choice for any Ryzen 2/3 cpu even if you run at default its blazing fast.

I needed a new mb for my rig, went with this for no real reason other than needing a new mb. So far it is super nice and was easy to slap in

Good mobo with SMA. Good mobo, looks pleasing and has plenty of pcie lanes for nvme and Sata ports. Never had the need for a lot of rgb but the little it has does it well!

I accidentally killed my old motherboard, and I bought this one to replace it. This new motherboard is a whole lot better than my old Asrock motherboard. And more durable too.

Works great and is worth every penny. It was a breeze building on this motherboard.

Really impressed with the price to performance on this AM4. Again, PCIE latches are garbage in my opinion. Nice looking ROG insignia if your into RGB. Overclocking, bios updates and quality are all there.

I've paired this motherboard with an AMD Ryzen 5800x3D and a Nvidia RTX 4080. Results were 4k, 60 fps max settings with Cyberpunk and Witcher 3(Next-Gen update). Added RBG lighting is a bonus.

Excellent board. Appearance of board on a see through case is awesome especially with the asus rog logo pulsating while computer is off makes you want to fire it up and get gaming...

Works great, first time pc builder and had no issues. Came with hardware and instructions to put the rest together too.

my old mb broke and i needed a replacement, though this isnt the best around it is the best for its price which is more than enough for average gamers!

Good balance of high end functional features but not wasting money on cosmetic upgrades

Great mother board everything is wonderful, the only sad part is there's no wifi unless you willing to spend a little extra.

Works great with my ryzen 5 5600x/3060ti FE right out of the box. No need to mess with the bios much unless you're overclocking.
