Awesome laptop, though heats easily

I will say though, it gets hot pretty easily when playing very intensive games like Destiny. Great for running things like Photoshop as well.

Sturdy gaming laptop

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's a solid laptop, you can find other laptops that offer similar specs, but I spent a little extra to get this ASUS one since I knew it does not have the cheap plastic frame that a lot of other laptops have. Like many other gaming laptops, it does start to heat at the bottom if you are playing games, so some sort of board/table is recommended to avoid the heat from touching you.

With that being said, It is impracticable to have two laptops, one for gaming and one for work - at least for me. So how hard would it have been to put a number pad and web camera on this unit? That is basically my only complaint. It runs Solid Works lightning fast and has no problem with any game I have tried. Still looking forward to trying VR with it.

If you are editing sound/film and/or gaming this is a great product. Sure people will argue and nickle and dime this laptop but I am extremely happy and love the performance and overall look.
