Availability: Purchased on Wednesday with an expected delivery time frame of 7 days. Product arrived on Saturday morning (3 days). UPS was supposed to require a signature. When I got to the door, the UPS driver was already half way back to his truck. Turned and asked for our last name. So beware if you have porch pirates in your area. Quality: Product was packaged well and arrived in good shape. Computer case is solid, light weight, and pretty quiet. Expectations: Case is nice but a little small if you plan on modding it in the future. There is room for a liquid cooling system in the front of the case but you will most likely need to use flexible tubing as there isn't much room over the CPU for hard tubing. The only real flaw I see with the computer is the bare bones power supply. It has an anemic 80+ Gold E500 power supply that is very close to the minimum needed for the included components. Adding a single spindle hard drive cause stability issues, though there is a space for another NVMe M.2 SSD. One of the first upgrades I will do on this system is an upgraded power supply. The RGB components are nice if you go for that type of thing. I do not. The system is silent enough and runs as described in the description. I would suggest this computer to anyone interested in a simple system. Modders or extreme gamers should probably skip this system. The system gets a 4 out of 5 due to the lack of disclosing the weak power supply.

The PC is awesome! However I am only giving it a 4/5 stars due to me having it less then a month and already having issues with it! Thank god for warranties and great staff/management at my local Best Buy! During my experience with the computer it was great! Although the biggest problem and known issues with this specific model is the power supply. It is not honestly powerful enough to run the PC daily for a few hours at a time. That definitely needs to be fixed!

Love My pc! Everything runs very smooth, and can play any game.

It was for my son. You would think a ROG computer would have sufficient airflow devices. It doesn't even come with a CPU cooler or an online manual that shows you how to take apart the case and add accessories to it. There are other companies that do this for the money. I build computers, i will have to see if i can get it all apart and then able to add a AIO and some front fans, He likes it but as a builder I barely give it the 3 for lack of imagination for a ROG built item.

Good pc, works well never had any problems but 1900$ is overpriced

Box was damaged upon arrival. Once I got it home the PC wasnt broken but one of the RAM sticks was just sitting in the bottom. Tried it put it in myself and could not get it to latch in. I assume the maker gave up on it and just finished it without the RAM after giving up. Honesly more hassle then I expected.

Item was damaged when I got it, it stopped working within 6 days of purchase. Im very disappointed with this purchase.
