The heat sinks are nice and beefy but even if you feel it isn’t enough they also include a fan and bracket to provide further cooling for the heat sinks. I love that the IO shield is built in, I hate having to deal with this thin plates when switching cases or mobos but that is not an issue at all with this mobo!

I'm running this with my 10900K and I have had no problems with this board delivering enough juice to hold a 5.1 ghz all core clock. Good expandability internally and externally, though you can get slightly better ethernet (both faster and better drivers) or more USB expandability. Only issue I had was some issues with Asus' software to help update and control the mobo.

Can’t go wrong with either. Memory overclocking could be better. If you need that get a board with only 2 memory slots and has D.dimm for nvme drives. This is a great board. Yes th ASUS taxis there. This is a great choice. Can’t wait for 11th gen and actually get PCIE gen 4 actually working.

Don't just think it will work out of the box with any RAM @ default settings. Do your homework and buy compatible RAM and take your time. Once it's up-and-running it's solid with many features (wifi, ethernet, bluetooth, integrated GPU). There are probably better options for the impatient.
