Great monitor, but there are newer faster screens. I returned and purchased the Alienware instead.

Monitor was terrible for the price. My wife got the acer Z35 and that was WAAAAAAAY better quality and its only 1080p

I decided to pair my Rig with this beast of a monitor and was not disappointed! The moment I assembled it just screamed quality and immediately felt justified with the hefty price tag. Colors are accurate, the 100hz is amazing, G-sync is great and the screen real estate is just fantastic for multi tasking and what we all bought it for, GAMING! If you are having second thoughts about purchasing, I implore you to seriously reconsider! You will thank yourself once you own this monster monitor!!!

I use this monitor to play Fallout, Dragon Age and World of Tanks. The difference between my Acer 24" and this Asus 34" is unbelievable. This monitor is so vivid and I'm almost able to see my entire garage in WoT! I do see a couple hiccups in the monitor with a couple glitches in the cut scenes. This is partially because I have a 4 year old i5 processor and a 970 video card, but it's so infrequent that it doesn't matter. I also use this monitor for my work and to be able to view 2 programs side by side in addition to my laptop monitor makes it a much more useful workstation than my setup at work! Expensive, but I don't see myself returning it.

The monitor is great, the display, the G-Sync, the wide screen it's all amazing. For short notice the stand is huge so make sure you have a big and strong desk to handle this beast. One thing is if your buying this for mainly gaming I recommend not getting this. It runs 100 fps and depending on your computer you can get a monitor that can run 2x the frame rate. If your graphics card is anything over a gtx 1060 your computer can handle a better monitor. The other thing is if you want to get a monitor with a better refresh rate it may be smaller. This is probably one of the best options if you want a good monitor that is an ultrawide.

Purchased this beast not too long ago, took sometime to get used to but oh my does it look good watching 21:9 videos and gaming! GET IT!!!!

Pretty much everything about this monitor is perfect. The colors and resolution look wonderful, exactly what I expect from a high end Asus. Coming from a 60Hz 27" Asus everything buttery smooth. There is a very small amount of light bleed in the top corners, nothing you can notice unless the screen is completely black. Be careful pulling off the cable management panels on the base, they are hard to get off and seem a little flimsy.

All i have to say is that the sheer immersiveness this monitor provides to my gaming experiences is so worth it! I just got this monitor and i'm already in love! The set up was a little wonky as windows 10 couldnt identify the make or model of this monitor...a quick trip to ASUS website and boom! 100hz of glory! Don't ghet caught up in the Hz hype...anything over 60 is just fine! I actually came from a 27" 144hz Asus monitor and I don't notice a single difference. Buy this monitor! it's a beast!

This monitor and I had some great gaming sessions together. Unfortunately while cleaning my game room, our cat knocked it off a temporary placement and cracked the screen. The protection package does not cover accidentals so, decide for yourself if the protection package is really worth it. I miss my ultra wide monitor everyday. ☹️

Heard a lot of problems about bleed light before I buy it. But since I got it and been used for 2 months, nothing happened. Best for gaming, and working with many tabs.
