Can see why this thing was on clearance, I have never had so many problems with a computer before, this thing would constantly overheat while playing games, The fans in this thing aren't nearly enough to it adequately keep it cool, CPU temps being the worst (95°C at the regular), paired with driver issues from the wireless card(WiFi/Bluetooth), AMD GPU drivers, The Asus software is dogwater. I will never buy an ROG product again, Gamers stay as far as possible from this thing.

I love it, the keyboard has a kind of color which change with the light. The TouchPad is big and soft, it feels premium. The display looks great. The best of this laptop is that is really small. It needs extra brightness but it's okay.

The computer is awesome. I was not impressed with the sales person. I told him i wanted to be able to upgrade the ram and the hard drive. I was told I could upgrade both. I nearly returned the computer. I almost wish i did. I hope this does not effect performance when I edit gopro movies and or anything on this computer. Pic edited with this computer.

This laptop is a beast!! Highly recommend this to anyone ranging from gaming to getting work done in school. I know for me personally it has helped tremendously being a mechanical engineer major to run some high intensity programs!

I'm an advertiser and I bought it to use when traveling. It is very compact and has a great configuration.

This laptop has given me a lot of issues. I have had to send it one time after a year to fix a internet issue. Now I have to bring it into Best Buy every 2 to 3 months to have it checked out. Right now after 22 months after purchasing I am having keyboard sensitivity issues. I do not recommend this one. Other than these issues it works well.

The Laptop was on sale during my birthday, so i was able to splurge, its a large upgrade from my previous computer and I’ve so far had no issues with the performance.

It's a great laptop that plays games smoothly but needs to pay attention to overheating. And as a Taiwanese, I support Taiwan Brands!

This laptop has good performance for gaming, but a couple of drawbacks. The battery life is short, the fans can get loud, and the charger gets fairly hot. I can play games now I otherwise couldn't on a normal laptop, such as modded Minecraft and other steam games, and record at the same time.

Everything was great with this laptop besides I was a little disappointed that it didn't come with the RGB lighting on the lid like the rest of the models. It wasn't really specified either it shows the RGB lighting on the pictures really should be changed for this model other than that great laptop

I had an alienware m15 R2 with the i9 processor 16GB ram and nvidia GTX 2080. This computer is a lot better than that. I run world of warcraft at 60 fps even during raid and the game runs very smooth. I also play fortnite with max settings and the game looks so good running 55-60fps. I have very minimal overclocking and controlled fan temperatures and I can play about any game I throw at this computer. The screen colors are so vivid and bright its amazing. I am very very satisfied with my purchase.

Lovely laptop. It plays games perfectly keeping in view its size and weight. Have to tweak some settings to make it perfect. Runs COD Warzone 2 at ~90 fps at 1600p. It does get hot but I use UXTU to limit my temp to 80 C otherwise it can go to 96 when playing. I take it daily to my university and it runs 6-7 hours of light browsing and reading lectures. Also, it turns heads when people see it. Its display is very bright and punchy. Highly recommended.

I haven’t played a whole lot of games on it yet. Runs Valorant and Roblox fine. It gets super hot just from running my school stuff which is annoying though. I like the Face ID too.

Pretty awesome! it’s surprisingly good at playing games and suuuuper portable. Good bang per buck!

Insane gaming laptop and at the same time has a 7-8 hour battery life for normal tasks which is crazy

I purchased this laptop for a mix of prductivity & gaming upgrading from the RTX3060 model. Latest 315 bios seems to fix the overheating issues. Battery life is as advertised. The screen is very bright and usable in outdoor daylight. The extra screen resolution & faster response time is worth the upgrade. The 6700s runs Darktide medium at 1440p@60fps vs 1080p@60fps for the RTX3060. This new laptop also handles transitions in real time between the dGPU and iGPU, on the old er laptop I would get frustrated when the laptop would start a game on the iGPU even though I set the laptop plugged in on “Performance” mode requiring a reboot. Finally I was not sure if the screen folding all the way down parallel with the body/kb would be useful but pair this laptop with an ipad stand and this feature makes the screen eye level as a desktop second screen.

I'm really impressed by the power of this laptop, I've been playing Call of Duty on "Extreme" preset, and this laptop flies. Im doing some steam VR, gamepass games and its shows better performance than my series X or ps5, also the display and all the AURA customization are crazy!!! I got this laptop when it was at a discount price, I was really lucky. This laptop will easily handle AAA games until 2024
