Good laptop but not suitable for my needs

I intended to use this mostly docked with my Samsung c49rg90 widescreen display in which I encountered nothing but issues. My monitor is 5120x1440@120Hz but I could never get this laptop to take advantage of the monitor using HDMI. If I intended to use this mostly as a laptop, I'd perhaps enjoy it more but as a hybrid solution, my low-end MSI gaming laptop can at least take advantage of the features of my monitor. Not sure what the issue is with this laptop as ASUS tech support could not help either.

Dissapointed but good

I thought it was an upgrade but it is not. The fan is super loud in performance mode, even louder in turbo. also slower. I'm super dissapointed. With that being said, it's a good laptop if i'm not comparing.

Great Laptop + Great Price

The computer was in perfect condition and so was the box. Both times I was worried about the condition and the associated risk but the price was fantastic and there was no risk. I’ll definitely be purchasing my next product as open box as well.
