Never turns on properly whether put on sleep or shut down properly. Genuinely taking 10-20 minutes every day turning it on, trying to figure out how to shock the system enough to convince it to turn on, and found the answer online of “hold the power button for 40 seconds” Works 1/50 times. Usually have to trip my surge protector 10-20 times while plugged in to jolt it back to life. Really only use it to open PDFs for work and do zoom calls and it has a hard time doing that; not impressed with it. But whatever. It’s a laptop and it works right?

If you are experiencing slow bootup and system speed or performance, please verify if Windows and drivers are up to date. If third-party software were installed, please check if these are runnning with the most current update. Keeping Windows updated will maintain optimum system stability and performance. While accessing web applications, please make sure the unit has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since poor or unstable internet connection will definitely affect system speed and performance. If these steps were already performed to no avail, please try to run a diagnostics or optimization test using the "My ASUS" utility software or application. Speedy little laptop

Recently upgraded from an older Asus RoG laptop and was impressed with how snappy everything felt. The keyboard is a little awkward for typing because the spacing is a bit wider than I'm used to. The trackpad is very smooth and responsive which is a big upgrade from my current laptop.
