This laptop is incredible and runs amazing! If you are looking into it im sure you know all the pros of this laptop because its been talked about a lot by reviewers, so ill say my experience with cons and some things I've heard about. I love this thing, but the first one i ordered wouldnt even turn on or charge, hence the missing star from the rating. After looking up fixes for hours and trying everything, i ended up having contact best buy, who fortunately sent me a new one for free. My new one works amazing, but it has a very slight bend in the back of the bezel that the first one didn't have. Some issues I've heard about but didn't actually get are backlight bleed and popping speakers, but honestly those aren't dealbreakers for me if i were to experience it later on because of how good this works. Overall i think it is a great laptop but when buying it you need to be aware of the risk of the issues i mentioned

My unit had bent backplate and very low amount of IPS bleeding. Other configs were nearly as it should be. And I only applied for RMA to fixing that back plate. They said their service wont include minimal IPS bleeding except if its over %25. FYI: This unit is included in Global Warranty Program.

Great configuration, difficult find in stock. Problem with the shipping box which had big hole in it (which went deep inside in box) when i got the package. Fortunately, there was no impact to the laptop.

Great laptop so far. Only concern is that there is a high pitch sound similar to a fan that kicks in when launching games. The actual fans kick in a few minutes after, so I know they are two separate things. Does anyone know if the GPU has its own designated fan?

Poor quality build. The specs are great and all but the build quality is absolutely terrible. To start off there is a panel gap between display and keyboard and it is visible. Second, on the display corners the rubber edge clicks when touched. This is because the corner has not been attached properly. The speakers are also busted. These are very common problems amongst other buyers as well so you know I’m not bluffing. I expected a lot more from this brand

nice screen, great keyboard and touchpad
CPU is also top level, only downside is the 3060 GPU but hey you can always pay more for the better GPU

They had a Christmas promotion to sell a defective product that must have been stranded in the store. The product does not turn on frustrating my son's Christmas. When I went to the store, the attendant told me that Best Buy doesn't make computers like pushing the problem in an insensitive way. There is no more in stock and the best thing to do is get my money back and never buy again at “Worst Buy” which is the real name of this store.

To resove the issue, please try to do a PC Reset. If PC Reset didn't work to resolve the issue, you can do a factory restore using a Recovery Media. If you were not able to create one, you can use the Media Creation tool to create one. The tool and the ISO image for WINDOWS is available and can be downloaded at the Microsoft website. You can use a memory card or an external USB device to create the recovery image. In order to maintain optimum system stability and performance, cumulative WINDOWS Update needs to be installed periodically.
