I bought this monitor as a birthday gift for my sister. The picture quality as well as the hdmi ports were what she needed for her new computer. The reason for the 4 star rating is because there are no external speakers in this monitor. She and I are used to using tvs as our monitors that sound naturally comes from it. When shopping for a computer monitor, and not a TV to be used with a computer system, make sure there are speakers either included in the monitor construction, or buy external speakers to plug into it.

Cool monitor and seems to be a good one if you are a gamer.

My old ASUS monitor began to stop working by shutting down while I was trying to use it. So I purchased from Best Buy an Asus-TUF 23.8" FHD 1 ms Free Sync Gaming monitor. THe young lady helping me had me get a 6' cord HDMI to DVI-D monitor cable which worked well. The monitor is wonderful and much easier to see than the old one.

In general, the monitors work well. One had several dead pixels after just a few weeks, and I wasn't able to return to BestBuy and Asus said I needed to ship it (without proper shipping packaging) in order for them to look at it and possibly replace it (under warranty). I ended up keeping the dead pixels instead of risk further damage in shipping, which they said I'd be responsible for. Overall happy with them, though.

I'ver been using ASUS monitors for years. Currently 5 in our household and just added another ASUS monitor. Most are going on 10 years old and still work great. What is really nice about them is they continue to put out less and less heat. This model barely even gets warm. If there is anything negative about it, it would be the packaging. It was the toughest one to get un-boxed. Obviously that was for protection, so just be patient getting it out of the box.

I love it , it Rotate , hight adjustable. Very cool.

Easiest set up yet. Plug it in, power it up. Fastest refresh rate ever. Excellent quality for my use.

No matter if you work for 8hrs plus or play games for extened periods of time this monitor is king simply because of its TILT, RISE/LOWER, SWIVEL, &&& ROTATE. You can have this monitor every which way you want it. I have 2 one in landscape mode (normal mode) and one in portrate mode to the left of my primary. The one in portrait or hotdog style makes reading through contracts and documents a breeze! These monotrs also have a coating that is anti reflective! And an ADJUSTABLE blue light filter. PERFECT for stand sit adjustsble desks as you can adjust the screen exactly where you need it as much as you need to wirhout having to losen a bolt or put much of any efffort in. If you need a monitor for any reason at all get this guy you won’t be disappointed!!!

After years of having this monitor. It was still one of my best purchases, especially through dorms I lived in.

Sharp, clear picture, nice fit on my desk, simple to put together, plugin, and use.

State of the art looks great perfect size. I showed a friend and he got one too.
