needs keyboard changes

first time buying a gaming labtop in 10yrs or so overall its nice. i'm left handed so it would be nice to be able to change the lit up letters w,a,s,d, to have i,j,k,l lit up. and i've spent some time trying to figure out how to change color of keyboard but aura i'snt letting me.
maybe they will have a soft ware update so it can be more friendly to left handed people.

Not DisplayPort VR headsets ready

My neighbor bought one, we spent a while with his VR headset and mine to try to get it working, no go. Recent VR headset work with Displayport, not HDMI, so tried multiple adapters with no luck, until we realized that the thunderbolt port is only available to the onboard Intel video chip, it does not pass through to the Nvidia 3070. No bypass in bios, no bypass on OS, no "preferred" device.
Ended up returning it for a HP Omen which comes with a built-in display port.

An exceptional GPU throttled by a mediocre CPU. This GPU needs at a minimum, a 6 core CPU like a 10750H to not be throttled in AAA games. Buy a last gen laptop with a 2070 max q and 10750H before buying this, seriously. Then you have the RAM soldered in place as well and the thermals are not good at all. It's just an overall waste. Find an open box Omen 15 with the 2070 for less than this is new and be way happier with both RAM slots being upgradable, 2 NVME, a GPU not bottlenecked by the CPU and amazting thermals with a 4k screen.

Runs great and had no issues until about 2 weeks in and 40 pixels just went out on the computer screen. Tech support at my local best buy was amazing but to think that I bought a new computer because I didnt have one and now have to wait 3 to 6 weeks for them to replace the screen...
