Windows 11 took awhile to get used to, but the laptop itself is great. Definitely a great computer for under $900.

It's unfortunate that this model does not meet your expectations when the charger is unplugged, this is absolutely not the experience we want you to have. We do value our customers and take negative customer service experience very seriously. When your device is unplugged the laptop tries to save battery. More specifically it throttles down both the CPU and GPU to save power. Have you tried reinstalling the Audio Driver from Device Manager? Please attempt the steps from the FAQ below

The battery life is bad, like most laptops, and you won't be able to play much unless you're plugged in. I returned mine after a week.
