I didn't have high expectations, but it certainly met them and exceeded them. I was satisfied with this laptop, but I have to admit the 8gb ram is taken up completely by any game that requires 8gb of ram, so you'll definitely need to upgrade the ram or buy a second 8gb ram for the second slot if you don't want those 8gb requirement games crashing on you. Otherwise this computer is reliable.

Great laptop as long as you're near an outlet

Streaming, web browsing, gaming, pretty much anything else drains the battery pretty quickly.

Quick but UNRELIABLE

Entire case is made of plastic. Runs well though only good thing. But unreliable quality.

One slow laptop

I have had the geek squad go over it at the store and it still is very slow. Very aggravating to say the least. If I had my way I would return it and get my money back. Unfortunately, that is impossible now. I would not recommend buying this laptop at all.
