Paired with I9 12 series. Updated the Bios couldn’t be happier.

Nice and sturdy. Easy to install into PC case. Installing ram, m.2, LGA 1700 mounting bracket, and CPU fan was easy to install on the motherboard. Boot up and install OS wasn't too difficult. Updating was quick and Armoury Crate was helpful during drivers installation.

I decided to get this board instead of going a more expensive route.. I was worried this would not be as good as my last, but it is just as good as a more expensive for my needs. Happy with purchase!

Absolutely a great motherboard! I have had a couple of ASUS boards and have been very satisfied. It is laid out well, has many features, and is reasonable priced. NO cons.....all PRO

Let me start off by saying this is a well built board. Solid construction, integrated IO shield, heavy duty VRM heatsinks that provide clean, consistent power to my 12700K. I have zero issues with the build quality and physical design of this board. My gripes is with the BIOS. ASUS needs to sort out their issues with XMP profiles and horrendous instability with RAM on these Z690 boards. I have a set of Corsair RAM that is on the QVL but, I cannot run it in XMP I or II without constant blue screens and restarts. I tried the out of the box BIOS and the latest BIOS. I can run the system at stock speeds (2133MHz ewww) and if I manually set the timings and speed a little below the rated XMP speeds of the RAM. This same RAM was running in my AMD system on both a B450 and B550 board at the rated XMP speed with no issues. Supposedly there will be some updated in Q1 2022 that will address this. Definitely not what you expect to get from a board as expensive as these Z690 are. Part if this is the early adopter tax for jumping to 12th gen Intel so soon after launch. I probably should have stuck with AMD which is a much better value for your money in my opinion. If a later BIOS update can fix the XMP issues this will be a decent board. Still way over priced for a mid-tier board. You can get STRIX level boards for AMD for less than this. Those wanting to get into 12th Gen, hold out a little bit. Let's see what the non-K chips look like and the B/H boards do.

It has several integrated features. I purchased it to maintain compatibility with DR 4 RAM. Built-in Wi-Fi is excellent.

Great board. Typical ASUS quality and overclocking options galore. Best of all it uses DDR4. Paired with a I7 12700k it is a beast. Kudo's to ASUS,

A great, mid priced Z690 mobo. Good connectivity. Could use a few more USB3 rear connections though. Worked on first boot. No need to update BIOS to get NVMe sticks recognized. Appreciated the easy install latch for them too. When I updated bios, it recognized my old NVidia 1060 gfx card - which still beats the onboard Intel gfx. Now if I could just figure out how turn off the onboard LEDs and power to the usb sockets when powered down....

Great board for DDR4 support! I used a 12700K in it with 3000MHz RAM, works great. Updated the BIOS and we're good!

The TUF gaming Asus z690 mobo is an awesome board. I've had no issues with it since installing. would recommend

What I like about this ASUS motherboard is it uses DDR4 memory that is available now and very affordable.

Awesome board, easy to install, 4 M.2 slots, and three of them have heat sinks. Plenty of fan headers, USB-C.

This motherboard hasn’t given me any issues yet, easy to set up and bios setup is super easy.

This is my favorite board for the price and it is easy and quick to build everything on it.

Not too bad. The rgb looks decent at nights. A bit overpriced though for what it is.
