Dear Antonio,
Thank you for your comment.
We do understand the inconvenience this may have caused if the motherboard is DOA or your build is not booting up successfully. No boot or no POST can either be any of the hardware (CPU, RAM, PSU), installed on the motherboard, including the motherboard itself. To resolve the issue, please verify all hardware meets the requirements of the motherboard, are working properly and installed correctly on the motherboard. We recommend testing the motherboard outside the case in order to determine if all hardware are correctly installed. Also, we recommend clearing the CMOS every component change or installation.
Should you need further assistance with the product, please email me at cl-rodel@asus.com and I would be more than happy to help. Or, you are most welcome to call Product Support Hotline at: 1(888) 678-3688. Also, you can chat with an ASUS live support agent at: http://bit.ly/AsusLiveChat.
Thank you for choosing an ASUS product.
Regards,

It was a pain to install drivers. Don’t know where I went wrong, but the audio didn’t work for me. I’d look at other options before settling for this one. It is a nice looking motherboard though. Shame that it didn’t work out for me.

I purchased this 4 months ago. Of all of the items I purchased for my gaming system upgrade, this was my biggest regret. It has been a very poor choice for overclocking. It has been unstable for even the most basic overclocking. So much so I no longer over clock on this MB. Worse than that is the constant USB issues. The motherboard will just shut down the usb ports so the keyboard and mouse are completely dead. I have to reset the cmos every couple of weeks. This is not an overclocked system. I have always used ASUS in my build but this is now the second product I purchased of their that was just terrible. I am now looking to replace my motherboard with a non-Asus a couple months after buying this one becuse its so unreliable.

One star due to the MB. Being DEAD ON ARRIVAL. The A2 DIMM slot is toast. The power hook up is weird. The ATX plug is fine but Corsair power supply doesn't come with the extra 4 prong plug.

best buy is listing this as "ASUS - TUF GAMING Z690-PLUS WIFI" while it is actually "ASUS - TUF GAMING Z690-PLUS WIFI D4"
the one they are advertising it supports ddr5 but the one you actually get is ddr4.

I bought for my build, but i didnt want to drive 60 mins to Kansas City, Mo to pick it up. So i changed it for Asus Rog Strix Z690-e Board. I should have got this one being its DDR4 motherboard and the z690-e board is DDR5 only. DDR5 Which is more expensive to buy and slower, if your trying to build a gaming computer.
