Won't pair controllers on Win10

It'll detect my controllers (Switch Pro, Joycons and PS5) on Win7 just fine, but won't detect any of them on Win10 when trying to add a device even when updated to the latest drivers and plugged into the correct USB port. I don't have integrated bluetooth on my PC so no issues having to turn that off to get this to work and the OS is up to date, so it's an issue with compatibility.

The Bluetooth adapter has a range of 32.8 feet, which is pretty standard for Bluetooth adapters.
If the range is shroter than this, please verify if the Bluetooth device that is being connected is working properly and no interference is affecting the signal.

Excellent Bluetooth Adapter

Plug it in and it's very fast to connect to any BT device.

Its BT version 5 and has had no trouble immediately pairing with any device I have thrown at it. Best BT adapter I have found thus far.

No connection drops while plugged into my PC and the signal range is better and more stable than the previous Bluetooth 4.0 one I had.

Used to extend the Bluetooth range compared to internal device Bluetooth. Also helped up the bluetooth version of my device for better audio. Its plug and play with Windows.
