I think this does the job in helping to keep my computer connected. Before the connection would not hold and this seems to make it steadier.

Does the job for the most part. Download updated drivers and connect. Pretty straightforward. Sometimes have issues when switching between devices - multiple times. Won't connect right away.

Works well and installation on my Dell PC was a breeze. Only issue is that is sometimes drops sounds, especially when telecommunicating (Zoom, Hangouts, etc.)

Comes in handy when have old laptop with no wireless, or the wireless went bad, and you can use to connect to phone for internet, or transfer pictures and files

This worked so much better than my previous Insignia adapter. Keeps everything connected as the Insignia I had to keep reconnecting. Go Asus! Using on Windows 10

It's been weeks, there is no windows 11 updated driver. My unit is not working with Windows 11. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, I have also pursued ASUS's website,

There's no Windows 11 platform, and I have an error when I try to pair to my accessories.
Prior to Windows 11, it worked perfectly well and performed well under Windows 10.
It's unfortunate to hear that it failed to work with Windows 11. This must be frustrating to you, did the driver install successfully? Can you please provide me with a screenshot of the error code? This works great if you’re sitting at your desk anyways, but is useless if you’re going more than about 6 feet away. My headphones begin to cut out as soon as I get to the door to the room the PC is in. And these headphones work with my phone’s Bluetooth to a distance of roughly 40 feet, through walls, so it’s not them. So if it’s a device that has a wired option, you may as well not bother with this adapter.

Our specs do indicate that it can go up to 10 meters (classic BT-BR/EDR); up to 40 meters(BLE) in open space. There can be a lot of factors affecting the signal, please ensure they are no RF interference objects (2.4GHz computer peripherals, Bluetooth devices, cordless phones, transmitters, heavy-duty motors, fluorescent lights, microwave ovens, refrigerators, and other industrial equipment to prevent signal interference or loss) and try to use a different USB port.
