After 2-hours with Microsoft Support & 3-days of many technicians of HP Support, this item is working well. I would not say that my experience installing this item is "typical" and I do recommend this product. NOW - that this product is installed properly, I can walk all around my 2-floors 1,800 sqft house with no lose of audio connection.

Needed to get a new Bluetooth and wifi adapter since I upgrade my system with a new video card that covers the pci slot my old adapter was sitting in. Works great as does the WiFi adapter doggle from Asus.

Before I picked up the ASUS, I bought the Insignia. I could not get the Insignia to work with my pc. I purchased the ASUS and like magic, it just worked.

Genuinely plug and play, instructions helped trouble shoot to uninstall computers native drivers and install adapters drivers.
