Worked perfectly for my application which is using my Dualshock and Dualsense controllers with my PC using Ds4windows. I already had a USB Bluetooth adapter, but my wife's computer has the same exact adapter and for some reason they were fighting for communication with my controllers. Even though the controllers were paired to my PC, they would auto connect to hers and her PC would get a prompt to pair. I decided to get a different USB adapter with proprietary drivers and the ASUS adapter worked perfectly. I no longer have any handshake issues. The range seems pretty good. My couch is about four feet from my PC and I get a solid connection with no dropouts when playing games on my TV. My PC is a windows 10 PC and I was able to install the drivers easily from the asus website.

Got this yesterday. Bought a $3500 computer from MainGear and mb doesn’t have bt onboard. This device allows me to have bluetooth. Works perfect with my Xbox series 2 controller, no noticeable lag.

I have an older (though still very powerful) workstation that didn't have integrated Bluetooth. During the pandemic, I shuffled things around to make room for my kids to have a place to sit and use their laptops for school - I didn't have a long enough cord for my headphones, so I ended up buying one of these to use with my Bose 700 series headphones and it works great! I should have done it sooner - I generally have music playing out loud, but this makes it so everyone can focus and work while they need to with no distractions.

I have a gen 9 motherboard without Bluetooth included, and was having trouble finding an inexpensive way to add Bluetooth. This was the answer to all my problems. The low profile is great at keeping it out of the way, it’s responsive and has a great distance. Works great paired with the same form factor ASUS wifi device.

Bought this after another Bluetooth adapter broke and have been very happy with it since! It works great with the PS5 controller which is what we've used it most for!

I bought this because the Insignia adapter I had was very limited in range, this adapter works flawlessly and I highly recommend. It’s plug and play out of the box on Windows 10 and up.

It’s alright, it drops my connection sometimes, though I cannot prove it’s the product and not user error. Overall though it works really well and can handle quite a bit of connections

This little device is great. I use this with my Windows 10 Desktop and it works with every Bluetooth device so far. Had some connection issues at first, but I just had to manually update the driver, and now it works perfectly. The latency is unnoticeable with my Xbox One Controller, and I haven't once had a delayed press or dropped connection. I also use some Bluetooth 5.0 earbuds and they also work well. I didn't want to risk getting a $5 off-brand one or something like that, and I figured that Asus was a reliable brand. I am very glad I shelled out a bit of extra money for this. It

I recently signed with Tidal for streaming audio services. My laptop which is eight years old and did not have bluetooth capabilities was repurposed as a streaming device between my internet and a new integrated amplifier with builtin DAC's. The integrated amp can be connected to the laptop via USB cable or bluetooth. By using bluetooth I can move the laptop to the sofa or any convenient spot in the room to select what I want to hear. Not sure how far away the USBBT500 will work but so far it has been great at 10' to 12'. Connected with the integrated amp the first time and has been trouble free.

This device is simple and works great to connect an xbox one controller. My PC's onboard card was removed for driver issues and this plug and play dongle did the job.

This had such an excellent price that it was worth the risk. It's been plugged into my desktop since purchase and it's been hassle free for me. It was truly a set it and forget it.

This small, simple device saved me a lot of money and frustration. When my 4-year-old Dell desktop mysteriously lost its ability to have any Bluetooth connections, I did all the recommended troubleshooting: installed new drivers, updated Windows, etc. When that didn’t work, I took the machine to the Geek Squad. After a quick diagnostic check, the told me I could either send it into “the shop,” which would take 3 weeks and cost a minimum of $80 for a full diagnosis plus whatever time and repairs would cost, or I could try this Bluetooth adapter for about $20.
I was skeptical - but also desperate. So I bought it. Took it home, plugged it in, and VOILA!! Bluetooth connectivity!!

I've seen previous reviews stating that this adapter has had issues with bluetooth Xbox controllers. I purchased specifically for this use and haven't had any problems. It was a simple plug and play. I plugged in the adapter, set my controller to pairing mode and paired with no issues in Windows 10. I've been able to play games that play better with a controller with no connectivity problems or noticeable latency issues. I can't speak to other functions like connecting to and managing multiple devices at once, but it's excellent for my purposes.
