This DID solve my issues. Bluetooth USB dongle. I CAN connect, use & enjoy ALL my Bluetooth devices EASILY. I have zero regrets. Wish I would've got one long before.

The ASUS - USBBT500 Bluetooth Smart Ready USB adapter works like a charm. Kid is using it so he can connect an Xbox controller to pay a Steam game. He has said no issues with how it connects.

Seamless, your mileage may vary, but this has been so useful and I forget it's there. Keeps connected and I don't have to worry about fiddling with it at all!

Used on very old HP desktop computer to access a Bluetooth keyboard. No problem with pairing. Convenient not to need a driver CD or other external to the device item. Excellent product. ASUS is a very dependable brand.

The bluetooth USB adapter works perfect! My office desktop does not have bluetooth. I bought the ASUS USBBT500 Bluetooth Smart Ready USB Adapter and plugged into my desktop. I enabled the "Bluetooth and Other Devices" under Settings. The adapter comes up. I connected by wireless earbuds to my desktop computer for speaker and microphone use. No issues, the connection and setup was easy.

this one works way better than the one I had before, it was an insignia with 4.0 Bluetooth that was constantly disconnecting my devices everyday. This one has only disconnected my Xbox controller once or twice every week but it does not disconnect my Bluetooth audio like the other one.

We bought this when my wife's bluetooth stopped working on her motherboard. This has been so quick and reliable that when the update made the one on her motherboard usable again, she disabled it and is continuing with this adapter instead.
