Called the next day stating it was ready for pick up and information reflected on the website as well.. other than that the computer works perfect

Really just using it to surf the web as some things are annoying on an iPad. For that I have had no issues but I can’t speak to much else.

When brought in to service, as the most expensive HP's battery gave out (3 months old), it performed well enough for the processor speed and memory.
