The screen is not as clear and sharp as other HD laptops. With preinstalled programs, 128GB SSD hard drive does not allow for much additional storage. An external drive is essential. Able to install regular Windows 10. Will have to see whether it will handle Windows 11 upgrade,

I got this laptop with windows 10 installed I called the total tech support and they are charging me for the remote session to install windows 11.

With no apps installed, it takes literally 5 mins to open browser after a start. Every single app uses 100% cpu & memory 100% of time. I have a 90's casio watch that is more powerful then this thing.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Much smaller than I expected and the plug is not tight when placed in the side. Only a month in - it is functioning ok for basic emails and such = not being used for work or anything- just two seniors keeping in touch with family,etc. Most difficult part is still not being able to register the unit for warranty . There was no card to mail in and going online was very frustrating.
