Great replacement laptop for basic home use. Very fast, easy to setup, and transfer files from old laptop. Replaced an old 3rd gen I3 with this. Wow, what a difference! Great deal on a basic home use laptop.

I was looking for a larger laptop with the number keys on the right side that wouldn't break the bank. Great value for the money! Much faster than I expected! My only downside is the display isn't 4K but not expected for this price point.

The computer itself runs great, and is fairly responsive to most everything done on it. The speakers leave something to be desired, as it would be nice if they were a touch better, or louder, but overall happy with the purchase.

This is an excellent laptop. Fairly fast, nice screen size and chicklet keyboard keys with a 10-key pad. I picked this up for $299 on a one day sale.

Was able to get this on sale. Probably one of the BEST BUYS I ever got at BEST BUY ! I'm an AMD person but blown away at the performance of this laptop. Very fast.......Just excellent, More memory and storage would be great but not necessary. GREAT VALUE at an excellent price

I bought this computer for my son to play Minecraft and its really a great computer. It never lags, it doesn't have bloat wear like other brands, and its the least aggravating computer in this price range I have ever owned. I would even be happy with it for myself.

I purchased this Vivobook for my little brother to use in his highschool classes. Could have I purchased a more expensive laptop with better specs and more features? Yes. Of course, there's always better things out there. However, for a high school kid that will probably break it in a year or two, for the price this is unbeatable. I tend to go for Asus when I build desktop computers so I decided to try out their laptops. For a budget device, it was surprisingly durable and felt quality (for the price). I was able to get this for sale for under $300 and getting an "i" series cpu with 8gb of ram and an SSD is amazing to me. I think anyone who is just looking to run light applications, emails, media consumption, and web surfing can benefit from this laptop. The only thing I am not sure about is Asus's support as I am accustomed to Dell's excellent customer service.

A decent basic laptop for a freshman/student. Pros: keyboard layout, fast start due to SSD, screen size and 8 GB of mem to run most day-to-day tasks Cons: not for online video gaming Overall I gave it 4/5 stars. Asus quality and price well justify it

I like this new laptop and it appears it will serve it's purpose well. We were disappointed the salesman told us it had Windows 11 installed on it but that was not the case when we brought it home and began using it.

This machine works great for most basic functions, BUT...the speakers are lousy, I do a lot of Zoom Meetings, but sometimes I can't get the volume high enough to hear clearly. I also don't like that it didn't come with any of the MS Office software (I realize that is standard now) nor Adobe. But what's worse is even when I'm on Google it insists on opening MSEdge to show a PDF or spreadsheet. Worst of all, whenever I'm in Edge, it constantly asks me to responds to Windows promotionals, and you can't turn the ads off. If this is typical of all ASUS products, I'm not interested in buying another one. But it does get the job done for most of the stuff I need, which is pretty basic.

Good computer for a first time user. Easy to set up and use

I bought this laptop when I needed an additional laptop in a hurry. It was very affordable but it does not take away from it being of good quality. I do basic office work on it but it has not failed. If you need a laptop that is not expensive but still works as good as any, this is a top contender.
