Great PC for the price and easy to use and install

Good basic laptop for a light user. This computer is no powerhouse, but I knew that when I got it. Once you take windows 11 out of s mode, though, it’s pretty capable. I bought this for my mother and she’s been extremely pleased with it.

It did great for the first year and half then it crashes on me and it’s super slow now and will glitch out on me.

This is a great little basic computer. Both processor and hard disk are fast. Not great graphics, but very adequate. This has been in heavy service since purchased, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Great value for the cost!

Fast, lightweight and priced for those of us who don't buy a laptop for games. Windows 11 is working great on it. Using for study, watching YouTube and editing videos for YouTube. I'm pleased with my purchase. Blessings! Jim

Very nice laptop, especially for the price; we had to replace my wife's HP laptop and since she is mostly a surfer and social media player, this was more than sufficient for her needs; lightweight and bright, hard to beat

Had this Laptop for over 2 years and still working would buy again.

Laptop works good. Keyboard is poor quality but I have not had any problems so far. Processor speed is adequate and screen resolution is good.

Great computer for the price! Able to run loads of programs at the same time and has no speed issues. Battery lasts for days and it’s under $400. Would definitely recommend for a great, but price friendly laptop.

Laptop is nice and light. Using it mainly for e-mail, banking and social accounts so the storage and memory are sufficient.

This unit is okay. It's very fast with many features that I am still learning..takes some time. I don't care for the keyboard or layout or general function but fast and operating system, memory is good.

Great cheap laptop for school. Does what you need it to do. Would give it 5 stars but the maximum resolution is only 1600 x 768 (HD), which is less than ideal. That said, the large screen size helps it out a bit, and overall I'd say it's well worth the price!

This ia good computer for the price I left on s mode and runs fast, if you want to use google chromes as browser may slow down as have to remove out of s mode- everything works great love windows 11.

Top quality laptop, doesn't run hot or anything. Allows me to check emails as well as play games.

I bought this refurbished. It works great for what I need it to: administrative tasks, schoolwork, writing, and light video editing and Blender editing. I don't know if I work it too hard or if it's the refurbished quality, but it's crashed around a dozen times since I've had it. The video quality is decent, but the colors are very washed out. I watch videos on it regularly and the image quality is very poor compared to an older Macbook Pro. The battery quality is pretty poor. I usually have to plug it in after 45 minutes to 1 hour. This is fairly big and bulky. You can definitely transport it, but it would be a pain if you had to walk around with it in your backpack.

despite being refurbished and being used heavily by my teen son, this laptop is still working great, although have to buy a replacement for the charger

Nice laptop. Very user-friendly. The 15.6" screen is just the right size for me, and has plenty of memory for my needs. It was very reasonably priced as well. Good purchase.
