I really enjoy this laptop. It’s lightweight and pretty simple to use. I love that the screen is nice and clear. I only wish there was an SD card reader but I can always get an external reader.

This laptop is pretty good! alright storage capacity. I only bought it because I can’t play games on my Mac, I mostly just play sims and Minecraft. I own almost every sims 4 expansion and they all fit on this hard drive no problem with my saved games. If I wanted to play a bunch of other games I would probably need an external hard drive for them. Also the display is really terrible. Windows 10 doesn’t give you any option to adjust anything other than brightness which doesn’t even change anything half the time. But I can hook this up to my tv with a cable or with screen mirroring most of the time without a problem. So for what I needed it for it’s totally fine.

This is a solid little laptop that can handle my basic working from home needs.
I have run into a few problems that I wanted to share so others are aware:
1. the screen resolution can't go any higher than 1366 x 768. This presents a problem - even when browsing the web. Many times, web pages have headers that take up a large amount of space and it is impossible to see the rest of the page. This is also a problem when using other programs - elements are too large because of the low resolution.
2. The USB-C does not handle external displays. I bought a USB-C hub to connect everything, but the laptop does not support display connections via USB-C. I was able to use a regular USB hub to attach 2 external displays. But, this is another adaptor when I was hoping to have a single connection.
Those are the problems I have with this model.
Most everything else about this laptop is great for light personal and business use. Battery life is good, and this is a decent little laptop.
