Not Upgradeable w/o losing 4GB

So if you want to upgrade, you will lose 4GB. Also, it is NOT easy to remove the backplate according to YouTube instructions. It's not a speedy laptop, but this was bought just for travel. Did not want an expensive one. This fit the bill as a basic Core i3 model
