    If you can catch it on sale, go for it. If full price, wait. The laptop is just ok in every way. Gets the job done, but is not snappy or premium feeling.

    had a few problems with the touch screen sensitivity and sometimes no recognition at all on touches but other then that it was decent for an average laptop

    This laptop is EXTREMELY slow to load. I know it's the computer as when I switch to my old HP, it loads immediately. I wish I had researched more before buying. Then left it sit in box while finishing a project on HP. Too late to return it! Wish I could remove Microsoft Edge as I prefer Chrome, just not a happy camper!

    I dislike having no usb port. Prefer start of windows 10 but not allowed to go back to it

    I bought this maybe three weeks ago and it's not working. It will completely stop working, you can't move the mouse, you can't type, it's as if it is freezing up. Powering off and turning back on only helps temporarily for about 2 minutes. This product is AWFUL! I am so disappointed in this purchase.

    Once I could get a sales rep, everything was fine and smooth. Wish there were more workers but seems nobody wants to work these days. Installation by Geek Squad was quick.

    Plastic body for this price range is OK. Not heavy. Full keyboard although number keys are smaller than standard sizes. To sum up, it's a good deal.

    Beware of deficient ASUS/BestBuy warranty

    The laptop is OK to start. I hope, it holds on over time, considering the warranty problem. ASUS uncludes an offer of "Advanced Device Protection" in the box. Only after you enter all your infor for ASUS, they e-mail you to tell that warranty offer does not apply to laptops sold by BestBuy. That must be working well for GeekSquad revenue, if not for repear ASUS business.

    Hardware does not come with win10 as advertised, it comes with win11, so you need to spend an additional 100 dollars and set the laptop up yourself in order to have a functional laptop.
