This is very nice computer. The Specs are great. The price is great. The one negative is the keyboard. It is very hard to see the keys. If you do not have it at an angle the letters, number, etc are impossible to read. This is the reason I am only giving it a 4 and not a 5 star rating.

I wanted a reasonably priced lightweight laptop with a large screen. This fit my need. The only problem or disappointment that I have had has been with the keyboard. All keyboards I have had in the past have been black with letters in white. This keyboard is silver in coloration with letters/keys so light, lacking contrast, that I found it more difficult to find/see the keys I needed for my browsing and work.

Other than a cumbersome setup process, it's a great computer. Very fast! High quality, large screen. Good value. Product shipped right away. Very pleased with this purchase.

I LOVED THE LAPTOPS SCREEN SIZE AND LOOK, VERY CLASSY. THE STORAGE AND SPEED ARE GREAT, NOW, WHEN I TRIED USING IT TO TYPE FORGET IT! YOU ABSOLUTLY CANNOT SEE THE KEYS AND IT DOESNT MATTER IF LIGHTS ARE ON OR OFF. WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD THEY MAKE THE LAPTOP WITH GRAY BASE, GRAY KEYS AND GRAY LETTER/NUMBERS??? POOR DESIGN HENSE THE LOW REVIEW SCORE. IF YOU ARE A TYPIST AND KNOW YOUR KEYS YOU WILL HONESTLY LOVE IT. I PERSONALLY HAVE TO SEE THE KEYS TO TYPE. I HAD TO RETURN THIS ONE AND IT IS THE SECOND ONE DIFFERENT BRAND FOR THE SAME DARN REASON. STORES DO NOT HAVE A SELECTION ON HAND AND I MUST BUY ON-LINE OR I WOULD HAVE PASSED ON THIS ONE. POOR BESTBUY WITH MY RETURNS.

I use the laptop for day trading and limited other programs so, there’s not much downloaded onto it. It’s fast, boots up very fast and works great. I really like the and ryzen over the intel machine I usually use. The only issue I have with it is the mouse pad don’t move sometimes. It’s also Jerkey while moving. I’ve adjusted the sensitivity of it to no avail. I guess I’m going to have to buy a wireless mouse. With limited desk space I do not want to do it but the mouse pad is very annoying.

Found this computer to be excellent would have giving it 5 stars but you can't read the keyboard in the dark. This thing is super fast and so quit makes no noise except when air cooling fans come on. I only use this for home use, surfing the web ect. This is well worth the money.

I love this laptop. It definitely fits my needs for my business. Only downfall is it is a little big and hard to find a laptop bag.

Loved the size of the screen and the speed of it as well. But I hate the keyboard! Since it is not backlit I could barely see the characters on the keyboard, especially the number row and the corresponding characters. I will be returning the computer, it is the shame because it seems like a great computer.

I liked this laptop very much, but sadly will be returning it because I didn't realize it didn't have a backlit keyboard. I use it on my lap while sitting in my Lazyboy and although I don't look at the keys when typing, if I NEED to see a specific key in the evenings, I would have to move the laptop around or adjust the angle to see it. Otherwise, it was very good.

So far so very very good. I bought this laptop to replace the one I had for over 10 years. The speed is very good and fast. It has very good connectivity with Bluetooth. The only downfalls: the keyboard should have a backlight and the camera quality is not that greay especially on ZOOM.

Excellent laptop for the $$$. Very fast for office work and web browsing. Even runs games on medium\low settings.

Its good. Large screen but you can't move the cursor very well at all. It stops and sticks a lot. I ended up getting a keyboard because you can't move the cursor fluidly and its very frustrating. Should have got a desktop because having to get a keyboard defeats the purpose of a laptop.

First of all, I updated Windows 10 Home, Asus and AMD drivers and programs. Afterwards, I configured the graphics settings and sound settings. The graphics are great as is the sound. This laptop is the best bang for the buck. I have purchased this laptop for a friend who is NOT a gamer and she loves it. As others here have mentioned, the letters/numbers on the keys are somewhat difficult to read due to dark gray coloring, but that is not a deal breaker for me.

Seems to give me everything I need for home use. Large screen is very nice, speed is good, easy to use. 4 stars because I haven't had enough opportunity to put it through its paces to give it 5. A very nice unit.

Was good for what I needed it for for work, other than that not terribly impressive. Liked the size of the screen for movies and games but wasn't super fast. Did microsoft office well though.

Laptop has a bigger screen which I prefer. Good for general use.

Good computer for home office. Screen is spacious, memory is plenty and the Ryzen 7 gives you enough power for home office for a teacher. My last Asus was cheaper and did not last long but this build is better. Looking forward to several years with the computer.

As a day trader, I needed a computer with a large display, solid processing power, and lightening fast RAM. This computer delivers on all fronts. As an apple user, the move back to a windows was a tough pill to swallow, but this computer eased me back into the interface with grace and I would suggest anyone looking for an affordable powerhouse that wont be outdated for a handful of years, look no further.

Love it for the price a great choice. The only thing I miss is that there is no touch screen which I'm used to having from my old Lenovo. It is hard to see the letters on the keyboard though they kind of blend in with the finish of the button

Very nice, great performing laptop. Exceeds my expectations and got it on sale for a great deal. My only 2 complaint that is very minor is that being it’s a 17.3” it’s not as easy to fine good cases or packs for it. And the keyboard is not backlit. But with a little searching you can find a case, and I usually have a light on when using anyway so the non-backlit keyboard doesn’t matter much.
