This is the perfect laptop to browse the internet, video chat through zoom and use your social media. I haven’t used it for gaming or video streaming through day Prime Video or Netflix but I have my TVs for that though I’m sure it would be better than most computers. Still have it and still use our daily for my everyday use. I highly recommend this for anyone who needs a reliable Laptop.

I like the size of the screen. Also that the number keys are at the top & on the right side also. Only compaint is they should have made the letters/numbers/symbols darker on the keyboard. It's hard to read since the color of the letters, etc. are light & the keyboard color is a light grey. Especially for older people who don't have the greatest eyesight.

I absolutely love this laptop. It performs well, I love the battery life as well. I would have given 5 stars but the keyboard can be a little difficult to see due to the keys being very light.

Love my new laptop! It met all of my expectations and more. Just wish I had purchased it sooner. This laptop is great for college kids, seniors and anyone that plays games. I especially love the bigger screen making it easier for seniors to see and read. I would purchase this brand and laptop again, but this time it would be for my spouse!

Bought this computer to use for one particular thing (cutting music for a high school guard show). Ended up using this as my regular computer. 2 years later, I'm still using this laptop as my daily computer, and no problems except for finally time to replace the battery.

Great laptop with good speed, easy to use and nice sound.

The computer is great for the most part. The only issue I have is with the keyboard. The keyboard is compressed to fit all keys in a "nice design". This is very problematic with the power button, which is directly above the number pad. The Page Up and Page down buttons have been converted to F11 and F12. For some people those small type of inconveniences will not matter. There will be those accustom to typing on a slightly different keyboard setup with a larger spacing layout that will have to adjust. Outside of the keyboards. I would rate it 4.5 stars.

Absolutely amazing computer for a great price! I can do anything I want with very little slowdown. If you're looking for an entry-level gaming computer or something to do photo editing, video editing, school work or work-from-home, this machine will do it all with ease!!! Definitely a purchase I am happy with!!!!

I'm not that tech savvy, but I do know what I like. This is a very nice computer. It is very fast and intuitive. I like the screen display, as it is 17 inches. For me, this was everything I needed and wanted in a new laptop school and work needs.

This is a good laptop. It has a big screen, however the key board is hard to see with a silver background and the letters are also on a silver tab. There is no backlight, so this makes the keys hard to see unless you have a light shining on them. The Ryzen processor is very slow versus the Intel. This laptop does have a camera which I like. The salesman said it didn't but I was able to find it on my own. Overall I gave it a 4 stars. The improvement of the keyboard and processor would make this laptop excellent.

I've had this computer for about a month. Its a good laptop. I wanted the newest processor I could get within my price range. I think this computer is fast enough and can handle multitasking pretty well. That's what I was looking for. and I found it. One thing I wasn't too happy about is no optical/cd drive or burner. A lot of computers currently dont have that anymore. They should. Not everybody wants to stream everything . But for the most part Im satisfied with my new ASUS laptop.

Great for the price. Nice screen fast enough to run Ableton. Only downside is the keyboard. Grey on grey is hard to see but overall I like. I think I'll keep it.

This laptop has exceed all of my expectations. The only complaint I have is the keyboard. The letters and number on the keys are hard to see while working. Other than that I was able to take the computer out of the box and start working in about 30 mins! Super easy to set and use!

Bought this laptop after another laptop I bought was having problems so this was a trade out that they had in stock but I am very happy with it. It seems to have a great processor and plenty of memory, It is plenty fast. We purchased this one since our church live streams and sometimes we stream from our house and we wanted something that wouldn't lag or kick us out. So far so good. Definitely happy with this one. One thing I have noticed is that when the battery gets low, the mouse doesn't want to respond, plug it in and get it charging it starts working again.

This laptop comes with a fast processor, 12 GB of ram and 512 GB of SSD storage and was priced lower than many competitors. Works great and great value.

Being a picky person in general, I have to say I would not hesitate to buy another, or recommend! Performance is very solid and smooth and quick. Very happy with ASUS, great product this time! (After a month of solid daily/nightly use.) Work and Gaming included!

Nice big screen. The key board is hard to see in certain light. I'm not the best typist so I need to look at it. Overall it is good for what I use it for.

This is my 1st Laptop. I really thought long & hard before finally switching from a Desktop to a Laptop. I am so very glad that I decided to get this. What made it really special was when I was taken care of my the Computer Department Manager. Kaitlyn I believe her name was. Within literally 15 minutes or so, she had given me exactly what I needed with no concern over pushing me into buying any more than what I could reasonably afford. She was even able to get the price down a bit lower than the original price. One of the Kindest young ladies I've ever met. As a cancer survivor and a senior just the time she took to explain everything I needed to know spoke Volumes. The Amazing qualities of this Amazing New Computer is just a Bonus!!! Thank you Katelyn for the Arlington, TX Best Buy off of I-20 and Collins. Even the Store Managers are just as kind and helpful!
