GREAT LAPTOP AND VERY LIGHT WEIGHT

No Backlite keyboard which is a big negative. It does not cost much to have that on a laptop. Also, no SSD. But 1 TB HDD is a good substitute. It's very light. I had a previous 17.3" laptop and it weighed 10 lbs. Now they are all 5-6 lbs., and it makes them more portable. I prefer 17.3" laptops. Definitely get out of S-Mode.

Have never had a problem and it runs effortlessly. The design is very good, sleek and the number of ports is very nice. I highly recommend ASUS products.

Slow computer

It is extremally slow and lags behind. The first time I used the computer, It took 1 hour to set up. The only benefit was the 1TB of memory, but it's not even worth it! I will return this computer today. My older HP performs so much better! Also, this computer is very heavy and the keyboard is difficult to see.

Not a bad laptop

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’m coming from a 4gb , 1tb HP laptop and was looking to Upgrade , saw this on sale for $445 After downloading all updates the laptop is smooth and faster ,the only take away is the keys are a shade darker than the laptop itself But for a budget computer I’ll say that a small trade off

Good laptop with affordable price

The silver key board is hard to read but a good typer might not need to look at it. Also I am using a wireless keyboard so this is not an issue anymore. Customer support is good to quickly resolve any question I have. Thank you best buy as always.

High performance laptop that allows him to play for endless hours on the battery once charged. The screen is large and bright, overall a great device.
