BUT ALL IN ALL THIS ASUS SEEMS TO DO OK ESPECIALLY FOR NON TECHY PEOPLE LIKE ME. OLD FOLKS AND NEW TECHKNOLOGY DON'T MIX WELL.

I cannot believe some thing would be sold that is extremely slow! It’s probably too late, but I would like to trade it in and try something else. It just collects dust now.

I'm only giving a 4 because I haven't had it long enough, in my opinion, to give it a 5.

Also, keyboard is difficult to see clearly, white or black letters would have been better than grey "blendy" letters.

One more thing for the it died out of the box , Bring it back and get another one .

I purchased this system for my small photography business. I didn't need it to do much. Just to upload, quick edit, and print. However, the system is so slow I couldn't do what I needed quick enough. In addition, it will not hold a connection to ANY printer. It has cost me a ton of money due to it's lack of performance. Also, within a month of purchase, the camera stopped working. I am a disabled veteran and most of my appointments are virtual. I couldn't even use the laptop to talk to my doctors. WHAT A PIECE OF CRAP!!!

It’s sooo slow like it could be because of windows 11 but I’ve tried to switch to windows and nothing I REGRET buying this. I was going to return it but I missed the return deadline. I’m just disappointed with this laptop!

not what I expected

Battery - with a full charge, I can close the laptop & come back in 2-3 hrs & find it at 50%, with no use at all. Lag - when scrolling down webpages, everything gets blurry, as if it can't keep up with text/pictures. I sometimes wait up to 90 seconds for it to correct itself. No idea if the processor is that bad, or the graphic card is extremely slow. Sleep mode - shut it down overnight, then had to wait about 15 minutes in the morning for it to wake up enough to use. I may end up returning this to find something that can match a $200 desktop I bought 12 yrs ago.

The two attributes I don’t like about it are sometimes light reflects off the metal keyboard and I can’t see the characters on the keyboard, and it doesn’t have a CD Ram drive included in the system so I had to buy an external one. But otherwise I am pleased with it.

Due to other financial priorities I am unable to buy a macbook and this laptop is the perfect alternative to it. It is fast, has remarkable storage and really no problem at all. One of the reviewers mentioned the keys are hard to distinguish from the rest of the panel, but to be honest for those of us used to computers that will not be a problem. Absolutely love it, was great value for money! Far cheaper than what I would have got it for in my country.
