Excellent Laptop

It has an extra large screen 17.3" which is awesome when working with spreadsheets and a built in keypad to assist with the task.

Its just an OK machine

I'm disappointed with Windows 11. Many of the features of Windows 10 are gone or makes you take additional steps to find.

Use an external keyboard and you should be happy with the product.

horrible slow computer

Terribly slow

We purchased it to replace an older slower laptop. Unfortunately, we still use the old laptop because this one takes FOREVER to start up. Extremely disappointed!

Do not buy

Poor performance

I got it because it has 12GB of ram and an I5, so it should have decent enough power to handle some basic-mid level tasks. It’s slow and freezes frequently and acts like a cheap low level computer. I definitely would not buy it again

One thing I would suggest is that the keyboard letters and numbers be formatted in a darker color so that they can be read more easily. It is hard to read silver lettering on gray keys.

For the price, you can find something better.

Good backup or travel laptop.

I just wish the keyboard was backlit. By now, it should be a standard feature.

Asus purchase

The ASUS was a little heavy and too wide for practical purposes. However, good as a backup to my Dell laptop. I gave it to my grand daughter for her use in school

VERY SLOW

I am just so upset about this purchase and I thought maybe wiping it out and downloading the most up to date drivers would help, but it is just so unreliable and slow, I cannot do ANYTHING on it. I bought it brand new. I have a friend who bought the same laptop and SAME ISSUES! The screen is terrible as well. Don’t buy this computer, for anything. It’s awful!
