Can't see the letters or numbers on the keyboard because the keyboard is silver and the keys are white with no back light. I can only use it during the day.

Don’t buy if can’t see super good

You can’t see the keys due to it being silver on silver. That was the main reason it was returned. A must fix issue..

We're sorry to hear about the unfortunate experience you had with the battery and that you had to return it. We recommend, that you try to do a battery calibration manually. To start with, please drain it completely then charge it fully without using the system. Once fully-charged, please use the system, without the AC adapter connected, and drain it completely again. Please repeat the charging process thereafter. Also, please verify if the unit is running with the most current system update and third-party battery draining applications are not running if not in used.

Screen cracked from gripping screen with a normal pressure. I do not recommend this product to anyone interested buying a new laptop. Starting time is slow and logged down by Asus's software. Battery life is terrible. If you want to travel with this product, make sure an outlet is close. If you are looking for a large screen it is not worth the money. For what this computer is, you are better off buying a 15.6 chrome book for hundreds less and better performance.

When I did, it took forever to boot. I figured that was only because it was new and needed to download updates, which I allowed it to do. Today, I decided to thoroughly check it out -- and was horrified to find it's running just as slowly as the first day I tried it. Even worse is Best Buy has a 15-day return policy, meaning I've thrown away hundreds of dollars on a laptop that's too slow to use.

If the laptop is slow while accessing the internet or web applications, please ensure the laptop has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since poor and unstable internet connection will definitely affect system speed and performance.
