I don’t know what to say but feel like I got scammed. I got 1 gb down and up internet and it feels like I’m on 1 mb, really slow computer do not get this.

Yes there are plenty of more powerful laptops on this site but this is one of the better “bang for your buck” options if you’re not a power user.

This product will take half an hour to complete any task on an empty hard drive. Took hours to do task that should have taken minutes such as, logging in, checking email, setting up, Microsoft word, etc.

We certainly understand your concern regarding the short battery charge life. In order to improve or prolong the battery charged time, please try to do a battery calibration manually. To start with, please drain it completely then charge it fully without using the system. Once fully-charged, please use the system, without the AC adapter connected, and drain it completely again. Please repeat the charging process thereafter. Also, please verify if the laptop is running with the most current system update and third-party battery draining applications are not running if not in used.
