I can see where some people would not like the keyboard because it can be hard to see the letters. Other than that I find nothing wrong with this computer.

I feel like a dooped!

I have taken the measures to fix this issue even to the point of doing a factory reset…it did not resolve the problem. I can’t even return it anymore so I’m not sure what else I can do. For paying $700 it’s sure not living up to its price tag

Straight from the box it was ridiculously SLOW SLOW and then even more SLOW... then I restart, then I get a black screen... Then restart again... tried to run chrome but after 5 minutes gave up. YES, I read the FAQs! but it is a brand new laptop ... I have a laptop from 15 years ago running Vista that is faster than this one lol There is something clearly wrong somewhere, reading people have the same speed issue. Fortunately I am in the return period.

At own risk

Crashed after the Microsoft update even though I had it for 61 days and the warranty covers 60 days. Was advised not to buy the same one since it was giving me such problems starting out. Had to return and purchase another.

We do understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused if you are experiencing slow system speed or performance issue with the laptop.
This issue is temporary during the initial WINDOWS setup and before installing cumulative WINDOWS Update, regardless what brand name of computer this may be. This may take a longer time depending on the network traffic from the update server and the stability of your high-speed internet service. Also, laptop will do several system reboot, black screen temporarily or restart during the update process. Once initial setup and WINDOWS Update installation completed, system speed or performance will be optimized. Keeping Windows updated will maintain optimum system stability and performance. If these steps were already performed to no avail, please try to run a diagnostics or optimization test using the "My ASUS" utility software or application. If this is not pre-installed on the laptop, please download the application at the Microsoft Store. For details on how to use "My ASUS", please go to: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1041686/. While accessing web applications, please make sure the unit has access to an established router and internet service is working properly since this will definitely affect system speed and performance. Also, clearing internet cache or browsing history will improve system performance.

Lap Top review

The serviceability is good. It has an Ethernet connection which is great for WiFi security when I'm at my office.

The battery lasts long and works very good. Only thing I don't like is Windows 11, i couldn't get it to load up with Windows 10.

When it arrived, I began to set it up and realized that it is unbelievably slow. The processor speed is crawling. I returned it (with no difficulty) to Best Buy for a refund.

Well Worth The Price
