It functions well for a student or office. I'm not a gamer, so I can't offer any information about using it for that purpose. For the month I've been using it I have not had any issues.

"12G" memory they say, it feels like 12MB memory... logging in takes forever, browsing takes forever, I'm always getting the error message that the webpage is not responding. The computer is so slow, it thinks it's a webpage issue, but it's not, it's a computer issue. I wish I would have returned it.

There's a possibility that there are background apps and Windows updates causing the unit to perform as it does. What we've observed with the Windows 10 operating system is that once the unit is not being used all background and installed apps including Windows updates will fire up. We would recommend that you check for and install all updates. if the issue persist, we would recommend that you have this unit sent in for servicing.
