I have been using another laptop which i purchased from Best Buy from about 6 years ago. This one is faster and more versatile with various tasks. Thank you for this one. I still plan to keep the previous one as a backup in the event something unforeseen occurs

It's your own fault if you buy this laptop. Very slow, crashes a lot. I will most likely just throw away and buy a different brand laptop, stay away. Best Buy should be sued for selling this junk!! I was told it was in stock only to make a 80 mile round trip to find out it wasn't. I received a email saying it was ready to pick-up, but NO it was an error 80 more wasted miles. Third trip finally got it.
